Je suis arrivée à 1h30 du matin, le gardien m'a ouvert et une receptionniste a realisé le check in avec gentillesse. Le quartier autour de l'hôtel offre la possibilité de goûter aux spécialités locales. Le restaurant de l'hotel était délicieux

Płatny parking w tak odległej od centrum lokalizacji, brak lodówki, bardzo długie czekanie rano na ciepłą wodę pod prysznicem, zamknięte bez jakichkolwiek oznaczeń główne wejście od ulicy do hotelu. Wygląd centralnej fasady bez komentarza 😐

Very good location. Staff were very professional and friendly.
Nazwa „Jubilat” może się niektórym kojarzyć ze słusznie minionym okresem komunizmu. I to jest bodaj dobre skojarzenie: budynek pochodzi jeszcze z tamtego czasu. Ale przeszedł gruntowną renowację. W efekcie oferuje wygodne, czyste pokoje za bardzo rozsądną cenę. Śniadania to wspaniały wybór smacznych różnorodności. Do tego tuż przed hotelem parking, który w sierpniu był za darmo.
Jedynym drobnym minusem jest oddalenie od centrum. Nadal można się tam dostać na piechotę, ale to dłuższy spacer. Mimo wszystko cena rekompensuje tę niedogodność.
Z zewnątrz nie zachęca. Ale w środku. To już inna bajka. Czysto i wygodnie. Duży parking. Świetny personel w recepcji. Bardzo smaczne śniadania.
Jedynym minusem był brak lodówki. Co w hotelu który jest droższy od niektórych czterogwiazdkowych mieszczących się przy samym rynku, jest delikatnie mówiąc nieporozumieniem. Ale ponoć w niektórych jest. Ale to tylko ponoć. Czy tam wrócę? Zapewne tak. O ile pokoje będą wyposażone tak jak powinny.
The location is quite far from most things, so keep that in mind if you are sightseeing. The water pressure is extremely poor. If good shower pressure is important to you, you will probably be disappointed.
During our first stay, there were also numerous large flies around the window, and we ended up opening the window and getting them out ourselves.
I also personally became sick to my stomach after eating the breakfast, including diarrhea and stomach discomfort. I obviously cannot say what caused it, but it happened after I ate there and affected my experience.
THE UGLY
Unfortunately, the biggest problem was the treatment we received from the brunette woman working at the front desk.
There was apparently a discrepancy regarding the number of guests on my Booking.com reservation. On my side, the reservation displayed breakfast for two, so I reasonably believed the reservation was for two people. I was unaware that Booking.com was showing the hotel something different.
Instead of simply asking me about it and allowing me to clarify, this employee became extremely hostile and accusatory toward my husband because he had eaten breakfast. She continued focusing on us afterward to the point that the interaction became so uncomfortable that I eventually told my husband to simply ignore her.
Later, when I raised concerns about how we had been treated, the response characterized it as how we had “perceived” the interaction. No. It wasn't simply our perception. Her behavior toward my husband was unnecessarily hostile and confrontational.
She also threatened to charge me afterward over the situation. The entire thing could have been resolved with one polite conversation: “Your reservation is showing one guest on our end.” I could then have explained what Booking.com was displaying to me. Instead, we were treated as though we were deliberately doing something dishonest.
That interaction completely overshadowed the positive aspects of the stay.
The hotel appears to have been remodeled compared with some of the older reviews I read. Our room was generally clean, despite being quite dusty in some areas, and the air conditioning worked reasonably well. Breakfast was okay, and the hotel itself is adequate if you only need a basic place to sleep.
