Brak wystarczającej liczby miejsc parkingowych, są tylko 2 przy ulicy, akurat mieliśmy szczęście, że zwolniło się jedno z nich. Hałas w pokoju dobiegający z ulicy, ale jest możliwość zamknięcia okien i włączenia klimatyzacji
