Great staff, great room, great location
Pros:

We only stayed for one night, left early for the airport but this hotel was perfect. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, the room very clean, the bed and pillows great, very good bathroom - so no complains at all from me or my husband. A bonus was the very short trip to the airport, took us 5 minutes.

Hope they will change the bed sheet to normal one. Something like company Lejaan offer not cheap frote, which is to worm

I can not rate this hotel highly enough. I arrived with my partner after traveling all day from Austria and he was very unwell. Marko was so incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, even before that helping us to get a taxi pickup from Kranj train station. He went above and beyond helping me navigate pharmacies, doctors, car rentals and everything in between. As someone traveling here from NZ far from home with a very unwell partner he made my life easier.

The hotel is lovely, the breakfast is delicious and it's so close to the airport. Incredible stay and would recommend to anyone.

Pros:

Very accommodating especially with a late arrival. We were able to store our bikes. The accommodation was great, clean and the breakfast was delicious. Super friendly staff. Thank you for a lovely stay.
