Lokalizacja na uboczu. Bez restauracji, co zapewnia spokój wieczorem.

Cons:

Bardzo marne sprzątanie. Jakaś zakrętka pod biurkiem. Łyżeczka do herbaty nieumyta, uwalana jakimś tłuszczem (vide zdjęcie).
Nie można liczyć na żadne przedłużenie doby „hotelowej”.
