Tasteful hotel with friendly staff in a neighbourhoody area
Pros:

A very stylish tasteful hotel in a leafy, neighbourhoody area. Our room was spacious and beautiful with the most comfy bed.
We loved the location, one is quickly in the centre is but it is not so touristy and noisy. One feels like a local. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around the corner and the lovely Vondelpark. We used the amazing hotel bicycles that are for hire to get around. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Perhaps the lighting at the bed could be better.

Hotel Omega is from head to toe great
Pros:

The staff, super super friendly and welcoming. The room clean and cozy with an eye for details.
Interior design is well-coordinated with a comfortable atmosphere through out the hotel.
Breakfast was absolutely spot-on!

We definitely recommend Hotel Omega to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy and save stay in Amsterdam :)

When we visit Amsterdam again, Hotel Omega will be our place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast area was clean and welcoming. Words can't describe how wonderful the staff was. Our 8 year old grandson was with us, and staff cooked him something better suited for kids.

Great place in general, but management was dysfunctional; bathroom was messed up and no one really seemed too bothered t
Pros:

Nice boutique hotel in a quiet and charming part of town; great breakfast.

Cons:

Staff were friendly but did nothing to respond to our complaints about the stopped up basin in the bathroom and the toilet seat that was broken off its hinges. They always said they would see to it immediately but didn’t seem ever to have done anything.
