Exceptional stay! Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, with so much to see and do within easy walking distance. Our room was excellent—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and we were incredibly grateful to receive an unexpected upgrade!
The absolute best part of this hotel is the staff—every single one of them was incredibly nice, sweet, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Superb breakfast
The room we were in was tight for space - we had 2 medium sized suitcases plus carry-ons ( linking the trip with a 2 week cruise). We made it work!
They were doing some renno work on next door property on the last day - that can happen anywhere

I didn’t want to leave a review with a lower score than 10 for this property but this is just for information for future guests. This is such a lovely and charming hotel in a great location. It smells so good inside with fresh flowers everywhere. The gentleman who checked us in ) too bad I didn’t remember his name to acknowledge ) was so pleasant to deal with! The room was spacious and clean - enough for two people with the city view with the clock and balcony- gorgeous view, didn’t bother us with chiming or general noise until midnight at all. They have a lift. It would have been 12/10 for me if it wasn’t so miserably hot in the room making it impossible to sleep even with the fan, unfortunately. We had a balcony door open…
It was a highly anticipated trip and I have paid for my booking on August 15,2025 for the arrival on May 25 2026! I have requested multiple times to get a room with Air Con being it I have made reservations so much in advance and having explained our challenges in 2025 at another property. I was slightly disappointed when we didn’t . As our stay in 2025 in another property faced the same issues - we were placed on top floor with the sun starting at 11 and staying on all day, and being 26 C only outside we were fried literally as the buildings get hot easier and keep the heat due to materials - so I decided to fix our mistakes for our 2026 trip and choose another property and I knew to request AC . But unfortunately, we got a room on floor 3, getting all the afternoon sun, it has gotten to 32C two days and it was unbearably hot even with the fan. Even elevator stopped working We had to wait until 2 am to get some coolness in the room to fall asleep and all our activities were starting before 8. I know it is our “ luck” that it got hot and we didn’t get granted AC room despite my multiple requests and explanations. But it generally gets hot in buildings like that on the top floors even with 25 -26 C outside because it is not shaded . It would have been a score of 10 on booking.com otherwise for me. . I know some reviews boast Air con in the rooms, if you are reading reviews, but please keep in mind that not all rooms have AC - I don’t know how they choose to distribute AC rooms to guests but they didn’t assign/ reserve one for us. Therefore I can’t give a 10 unfortunately. I think the owner needs to really consider to prioritize rooms on floor 4 and 3 that take sun after noon to be converted for AC . Just keep in mind if you are traveling as early as in May through the summer - temps as low as 26C will get the rooms on top floors very very hot, let alone 30 +.
Cozy hotel in a quiet and nice neighbourhood, friendly staff, comfortable bed, a nice little garden. I particularly appreciated the trust bar there at night.

My room was on the ground floor right beside the reception and so was a bit too noisy at times
Charming and well-located hotel with comfortable beds, air-con, and coffee-making facilities in the room.
I would prefer it if breakfast could be included in the price.
The lift stopped working for a while because of the heat, but was resolved, luckily!

ロケーション：アムステルダム・コンセルトへボーまで徒歩３分。 トラム２番,２４番（だったかな？）が近いので市中心部、中央駅,国立美術館,ゴッホ美術館に行くのに凄く便利 住宅街にあり、中庭に面していたのでアムステルダムの住宅街の趣を感じられます フロント：親切に教えてくれました 朝食：朝とても早く出たので朝食は取りませんでした
ギリギリで予約したために非常にコンパクトなダブルな部屋になったので割高に感じました（ホテルのせいではありません）。
Took a chance on this hotel reading positive reviews. Great location, hearty breakfast, clean and well kept rooms and friendly staff. Amsterdam is so walkable. Hotel Omega is very conveniently located, close to all museums and well connected. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Highly recommend this little boutique hotel. Would definitely come back!
Fan, or a portable AC would be great addition as it got pretty warm at night. Cracking the window open offered bit of relief, but a small fan would have been very comforting.
