Bom ,pelo custo benefício, pra passar uma noite, que foi meu caso.
Pros:

A localização é boa, perto do porto Itaguaçu, mas quem quiser ir para a básilica, tem que ir de carro,táxi etc, o café da manhã é bem,bem, bem simples mesmo, quem esperar um café colonial esqueci (café com leite, pão, manteiga, queijo, apresuntado, ) e a equipe é muito atenciosa.

Cons:

O café poderia melhorar um pouco, bem pouco mesmo (, PRESUNTO , algumas frutas, e xícara invés de copos americano).

Cons:

Pior local que eu já dormi na minha vida. Humildade é uma coisa, agora um lugar com toalhas manchadas, lençol de cama que parece que não é lavado quando muda de hóspede, não tem nem uma cortina de plástico para separar o chuveiro da pia/privada. Na minha concepção não é um lugar que tem o básico para hospedar alguém, nem que seja só dormir. A acústica é terrível, você ouve de tudo, pessoas passando, portas, elevador, dormir não é fácil para quem tem sono leve.

Equipe de trabalho muito gentis

Cons:

Paguei duas diárias antecipadas , porem precisei sair com uma diária antes por problemas de saude de minha mãe , e infelizmente não fomos ressarcidos com o valor da diaria que não utilizamos !!
