The hotel is mainly used by people who are rehabilitating off drug use or have been released from prison seem this hotel has a contract with local authorities to provide this service
The rooms were surprisingly spacious and very clean and modern. Fan was provided, great blackout blinds to help keep out the summer sun.
The car park was extremely tight so I opted to park at a nearby pay and display outwith charging hours. The staff although were friendly were slightly standoffish and difficult to understand sometimes, not their fault but not quite top class customer service. Also room service wasn’t available every day and you had to restock your own tea and coffee

Waiting for my deposit , they said between 4 to 6 o clock , then said I d a few days ?

I liked the bed and pillows
I was in room 10 upstairs, it smelled really bad from the drain in the bathroom, unbearable smell helped when I plugged the sink hole shut. I told the staff he came and flushed toilet, but the smell was not from toilet, also really dirty wall and around skirting boards there but carpet very clean. Tea and coffee facility but I had no spoon to use it.
Was able to park in the hotel car park, the staff member on duty was very friendly and helpful, explained the door code, and how it also opened my room door,
Unfortunately there wasn’t a fridge,
