I explained i had an bowel operation i bought new towels so I didnt use there towels I also bought my own sleeping bag as to mark theirs .
Horrible individuals felt being in a gangster movie ,which it will be because he stole money because the room had a smell avoid at all costs. Zero damage zero noise just trying to recover. Horrible establishment.
Everything felt intimidated from the go . Spend a little more and enjoy horrible people. Kept my deposit because of my stoma smell.
I did not damage a single thing I brought my o2n towels .
They cant even take the plastic trim of the stairs kinda says it all.
Pictures show condiments. Forget it not enough for a brew and only hanwash for showers. Got the pictures to proof it.

This isn’t a hotel it’s a bedsit, horrific! I refused to stay and got a full refund. This shouldn’t be advertised on Booking.com embarrassing
Everything, room had a broken window, door kicked, smelt funny, weird entrance system, I could go on (don’t do it)
Good location and managed to get a parking space. Room itself wasn't too bad.
Nightmare with key card and code trying to get into room. Worked hardly ever and kept having to get Reception to sort it. Decided to stay in that night as didn't think I would get back into the room later. Then just as bad trying to get Wi-Fi code as Receptiontist could not type code properly. Asked for invoice 4 times for work purposes (once before I even arrived) and eventually got one for the WRONG amount! They still haven't sent me one for the correct amount despite repeatedly chasing. Basically, sort your inept staff and door code issues out and might be a decent place to stay.
