Pros:

Fantastic little hotel spotlessly clean lovely room nice bathroom with shower. cannot comment on breakfast as we did not have any. Great location near train station and opposite Winter Gardens where we were attending a concert at the opera house. Highly recommend 👍

Excellent location, friendly staff , very clean and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The location of Adelaide Lodge was the deciding factor for us. It is close to the Winter Gardens and many Bars and Restaurants, and there is a paid Car Park just opposite. Spotless room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Maybe a slightly tired decoration, but clean and fine for one night.

Delayed perfect breakaway
Pros:

Everything was just how I would of expected it, clean,friendly and value for money.
The food was lovely and so was the service from Jan, she went above and beyond for all the guests not just me and my fiancee

Cons:

The only thing I can think off is I would off booked a longer stay

Comfortable, friendly and very convenient location for the Winter Gardens and the sea front.
Pros:

This was a perfect location for the Winter Gardens where I was working during my stay in Blackpool. The breakfast was very good, with veggie sausages if you pre-order. The B & B is clean and very well run, instructions from the host are clear.

Cons:

Wobbly toilet seat, although someone did try to fix it which was welcome.

Pros:

Perfect location, so close to the train station and everything I needed. The room was really big and comfortable, bins were emptied daily and tea bags ect replenished. Bottles of water were most appreciated too! Will definitely stay here again!
