Friendly staff always smiling nd excellent service from the security,,never awaits at reception as they always ready fr me upon arrival 🙌 👌 keep it up.

Cons:

When I left to the shops the Saturday morning, came back only beds was made nd bathroom was cleaned,,,no vacuum done nor wiping the side cupboard or TV top table...quit disappointing.
