Die zentrale Lage. Das gediegene Ambiente im Apartment und im Speisesaal.
Eine Balkontür im Apartment hat nicht richtig geschlossen und sie war verzogen. Deshalb kam Lärm von der Straße spürbar ins Schlafzimmer!
Außerdem gab es lauten Baustellenlärm vom Nachbargebäude sogar in der Nacht ab Mitternacht!! Das geht gar nicht!! Hätten wir dies vorher gewusst, dass wir nicht schlafen können, hätte wir das Apartment nicht gebucht! Allerdings war der Manager sehr verständnisvoll und versprach, der Sache nachzugehen.

We had a truly seamless, comfortable, and delightful stay at the Taj. Our room was massive and beautiful; everything in the hotel was clean; we had complimentary breakfast that was absolutely delicious; and the staff was so friendly, always ensuring that everything about our experience was perfect. You should definitely check out their fabulous spa, steam room, pool area, as well as the other amazing restaurants all located in the building itself. The hotel is also conveniently located so you can easily explore the city of Cape Town. Thank you so much for an amazing experience overall!

I liked everything: location right in downtown, in a beautiful area, on a pedestrian street, in front of the Cathedral, a park and close to the City Hall.

I was not aware that I had to pay for the cleaning services and the manager assisted by allowing me not pay additionally for cleaning services.
The gym was also very clean and with most of the equipment.
The staff manning the main facility made sure that you felt safe and also assisted with the car parking.

Stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The room is exceptionally spacious, thoughtfully designed to include a comfortable sitting area, a small dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features an oven, microwave, and capsule coffee machine, making it well-suited for both short and extended stays.
The bedroom offers a very comfortable bed, complemented by a generously sized bathroom. Guests also have access to all the hotel’s facilities, which enhances the overall stay.
A standout feature is the long balcony, offering views over St George’s walkway with a partial glimpse of Table Mountain. There are several excellent restaurants within the hotel as well as in the surrounding area, providing ample dining options. Parking is conveniently managed via valet service.
Overall, a luxurious and highly comfortable option, ideal for both brief visits and longer stays.
