Pros:

Good size room and clean for the value

Cons:

Stayed there for 3 nights with breakfast (no buffet option)and they did not have any sauce at all which was surprising and asked them why and could give me an answer

I woldnt recommend this place.
Pros:

Honestly location only

Cons:

The place dosen't deserve the 4 stars anymore place needs repairs..there was no water at a point and we never had hot water. The towels were old with stains.
The pools one was open but mediocre the other one was empty and really bad condition. They also asked for 1000php deposit that wasnt mention in the booking app. They dont reply to your messeges in the app at all so don't bother

The hotel needs a lot of improvement if the hotel wants to continue its business operations.
Pros:

The property was ok. There was nothing outstanding about it that will make me want to stay there again in the future.

Cons:

The towels looked old and dirty. There was no tissue box in the room. The lights in the bathroom were dimmed. There should be a towel rack by the bathroom counter. The selection of food for breakfast was limited and some items in the menu were not available. The toasted bread looked like a hollow block.

They are running a SCAM !
Cons:

They are running a SCAM, they want you to pay 500 php for every key card, and if you dont return it you lose your 500 php. and you need 2 of them 1 for the elevator only 1 for the room so you need to pay 1000 peos up front. I refused to pay and asked them to show me in the term where it says I need to pay a key card deposit.

It's affordable, clean and convenient.
Pros:

Breakfast is not great but the hotel on its own stands up the best of the few that I've been staying.

Great place. Great location.
Pros:

The rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The gym had everything i needed but aircon was not on

Cons:

The lighting in the room was way too dark. The breakfast was not such a wide range to select from. I stuck to scrambled eggs and rice which was still nice. Both days they only have pineapple as fruit. 1 of the 2 days the pool was closed for maintenance which was sad
