I enjoyed my long stay at Crown Regency Hotel 🥰 Cleanliness was excellent. Everyone was kind and polite. From the General Manager who is so accommodating. The Housekeeping who let us feel very important, Mr Enrique who was always there for us, Phyll, Marlon, and the rest of the housekeeping clan, Josh and Chris from FB who filled up our stomach with sumptuous breaky 😘

Staff were helpful
TV not working. Shower blocked. But we got a new room thankfully as hotel was mainly empty. The breakfast was very poor standard

The property is a bit old
The ambiance was good, the room was good. The pool was ok. But maybe I just have high expectation everything about the hotel.
Defective Yung floor number signage sa loob Ng elevator. Di mo malaman Kung sayang floor kana..
Location was convenient
You need to change elevators half way up to your room. Only one elevator operating when we were there. The staff are friendly but just following the manual. We stayed 1 night and then another night 5 nights later. Still need to go through the whole procedure of passport copying and filling out forms to check in. We asked for help making a dinner reservation because we didn’t have a phone. Instead of helping they talked us out of the reservation “because you can just walk in” and they were right. After waiting 40 mins we could walk into the restaurant. Finally they have to check the room upon checkout to give you the PHP1000 key deposit back. This takes 5 to 10 mins because of what? Maybe the limited number of elevators in use or the need to use two elevators to get to the room. Anyway, I wouldn’t call that service.
The location is good. accessible and near to some city attraction.
The breakfast should provide additional extras like egg and fruits when served plated.
Only the room is big and clean
Swimming pool is old and dirty. No buffet and the dinign hall smells dusty. It was not like 7 years ago
Close to the hospital which was great, easy access and the staff were amazing.
