Heart of Dumaguete
Pros:

The location is perfect
Heart of dumaguete
Close to everything...I mean walking distant. Pharmacy and restaurant outside. Trycicle convenient
Amazing staff and breakfast
You can request for irons and you can leave you luggages too if your flight is later

Cons:

No elevator. You'll walk up and down the stairs. But there are staff carrying your luggage up or down.

Just a place to get rest!

Cons:

Cockroach in the shower! Rice on the stairway! Not very clean! Food was not very healthy! Too much oil and not enough selections!

Location is prime. Walkable to everything. Helpful staff. Clean rooms

Cons:

No elevator. You'll need to walk up and down your rooms...however, staff carries your luggage up.

Excellent location but in windowless room
Pros:

Perfect location, right on the seafront promenade and near the port. Breakfast included at the near cafe was nice. Friendly staff. Air conditioning.

Cons:

The room had no windows (which we didn't know before arriving as we had booked a standard queen room), which meant that the room was very humid when we arrived. The higher ledge behind the bed's head board was a bit dirty.

Location is very good, being right on the main boulavard. Free breakfast was good quality. Staff very friendly and helpful with questions. Air conditioning in room was very good.

Die Lage ist perfekt, alles sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Hotel kann nicht dafür wegen renovation, es war halt etwas laut. Sonst alles ist super.

I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
Pros:

It was close to the restaurants, Silliman University.

Cons:

Their AC is not cold enough probably the room is too big, was asking for an electric fan to sustain the coldness but it wasn’t available. 🙁
