Great location at the lake. The water in the lake has a nice temperature. We loved the Jacuzzi on the balcony. The lady that gives the massages is very good.

El mejor hotel del área, sin duda regresaría.
Pros:

Las instalaciones te hacen sentir en Tulúm.
El personal está muy bien capacitado, muy amables, nunca te dicen un NO.

Piscina con agua del río sin químicos.
La comida deliciosa y excelente presentación. Chef 10/10
Hamacas y varios muelles para disfrutar del paisaje.
Te ofrecen tours o actividades de pago.
Cada centavo vale la pena.

Cons:

Se escucha un poco si hay ruidos fuertes en la habitación de la par, sin embargo no todas las habitaciones están juntas, hay muchas que son bungalows.

Las almohadas deberían ser mejor, les doy 6/10. Podrían tener almohadas de plumas. Es la única razón por la que no le doy un 10.

Sin duda regresaría, excelente lugar si buscar paz y tranquilidad.

Pros:

Nous avons adoré l’hôtel Gringo Perdido où nous avons logé avec nos enfants. Les équipes sont vraiment très sympathiques, les services excellents. L’hôtel est très bien placé en bord de lagune, ce qui permet des activités nautiques, et en pleine jungle pour observer les singes hurleurs. Je le recommande fortement !

Het hotel lag midden in een natuurgebied. Heel rustig en heel erg mooi natuurgebied. Zelfs een apenfamilie in de bomen bij het hotel.

Pros:

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam. Het was voor ons perfect ontspannen na een lange busrit. Het eten was ook echt heerlijk, uniek en vers. Het zwemmen in het meer beviel ons ook erg goed, heerlijk water. De eigenaar kwam nog dingen uitleggen en was heel aardig! De tikal tour is ook goed te doen en kan via het hotel.

Pros:

Locatie aan het meer, lekker eten in halfpension, vriendelijk personeel. Propere badkamer en linnen. Ideaal voor bezoek aan Tikal en relaxen. Ze hielpen ons ook goed met regelen van taxi en gidsen.

Cons:

Er mochten wat meer ligstoelen zijn. Er zijn veel plekjes oml te zitten, maar na een dag rondlopen in Tikal strek je graag je benen eens uit. Dat zou nog een mooie extra zijn

Pros:

Heel leuk dat je via een steiger in het meer kon duiken, je kon ook een sup huren, het eten was heel lekker en zeker voldoende, ook het ontbijt was de moeite. Prijs is hoog maar met eten en mogelijkheden erbij het wel waard! We hadden een hottub op het terras. Heel ruime kamer met groot terras in het oudere gedeelte. rustige nacht. Leuk dat je de hele dag koffie of thee mag nemen.

Cons:

Misschien waren er handdoeken voor aan het meer te gebruiken maar ik heb ze niet gevonden.

Les chambres sont joliment et sobrement décorées.
Les espaces communs et extérieurs sont magnifiques. L’hôtel dispose d’un accès direct au lac.
Les repas (demi-pension) sont très bons, copieux et variés.
