I didn’t stay. I felt very uncomfortable. I didn’t feel safe at the facility either.

Cons:

Not clean by any means and very noisy ALL night long into the morning and no free breakfast as stated , we obvi got our own breakfast but when it says (free breakfast Included) and not just leave that out it’s a lie, do not recommend to anyone ever !

Pros:

Hotel location was close to Cross Plex.

Cons:

The hotel was run down. The pool looked like it hadn't been used for years. There was NO breakfast. There were dead fruit flys or gnats in the room, no hand towels, and very small bath towels. The pillows were nothing but fluff. I would not recommend this hotel.

Dirty. Floors were dirty, needed to be mopped. Bed skirts on bed was disgustingly dirty.

HORRIBLE
Pros:

HORRIBLE SMELL, not clean at all. Door don’t work. I will never be booking there again.

I paid through booking prior to my stay. Once I got there, the lady at the front desk was very rude and asked for my car

Foul odor, dirty and wrinkled linens. Smelled like weed throughout the facility! Loud noises throughout the night! Rude staff. Front desk tried to make me pay for my room twice, luckily I was too smart to fall for it!!

A mistake
Cons:

Rude front desk attendant who did not like reservation made at booking.com, expressing it loud and clear.
Window in the room was broken - outer glass pane gone, moveable frame barely hanging and could not be locked.
Old food fermenting in refrigerator in the room.
Surfaces in the room feel sticky: furniture, telephone, TV remote. Perhaps could use cleaning once in a while.
