Pros:

Vi kom till hotellet klockan 15.00 för att checka in, men fick veta att vårt rum var trasigt och att det skulle vara klart först klockan 18.00. När vi kom tillbaka på kvällen var det dessutom strömavbrott. När jag ringde receptionen fick jag veta att elen inte skulle vara tillbaka förrän på morgonen.
Jag har bett om återbetalning för dagens vistelse, men ni har sagt att det inte är möjligt.

Cons:

Rummet var smutsigt och kuddarna luktade som om de inte hade tvättats.
Jag rekommenderar verkligen inte detta hotell. Gå inte dit.

¿Cuándo duerme Kodikoy?
Pros:

La simpatía de los recepcionistas y la ubicación en pleno corazón de Kodikoy.

Cons:

El ruido constante durante la mayor parte de la noche. La habitación, lógicamente, no está insonorizada y hay muchísimo ruido, lo que dificulta dormir de seguido. Se escucha, sobre todo, el jolgorio de las personas que están de fiesta.

Очень хорошее место, если знаешь, что бронируешь, читаешь вдумчиво описание и отзывы и не ожидаешь от отеля 3* сервиса отеля 5*.
Ночевали 2 ночи, будучи проездом в Стамбуле.
Все понравилось. Все соответствовало фото.
Чисто, есть кондиционер, чайник, стаканчики бумажные, чай, сахар, кофе, деревянные палочки-мешалки (вместо чайных ложечек).
Лифта нет, но его никто и не обещал, подняться не состовляет особого труда, если вы не маломобильный. Нам 60+, мы без чемоданов, отлично поднимались к себе в номер.
По поводу уборки. Да, у нас не убирались, но мы и жили всего 2 ночи. Это для нас огромный жирный ПЛЮС, если мы 2-3 ночи ночуем в аппартаментах, и к нам НИКТО не приходит в номер. Мы за 1,5 суток не умеем свинячить у себя в комнате так, что бы потом нос воротить, типа дескать к нам никто не пришел убираться.
Расположение отличнейшее, до метро недалеко, и по прямой линии до Сабихи (аэропорт).

Pros:

Jednoduché malé ubytovanie v rušnej časti Kadikoy. Večer si môžete užiť ruch v uličkách, posedieť v reštauráciách. Ubytovanie čisté, základné, ak potrebujete prespať 1-2 noci úplne postačujúce 😊👍

I can visit this hotel again just for its neighborhood
Pros:

The property is okay to stay. There are all basic needs provided, except washing machines and ironing. Rooms are small and relatively clean. The most important and valuable thing about this place is location, location and location. The neighborhood is great, people are great. Kadikoy is best neighborhood to stay

Lokasyon iyi, fakat tekrar tercih etmem
Pros:

Güvenlik ve lokasyon olarak iyi. Kadıköy metroya 13 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Staff güleryüzlü.

Cons:

Temizlik açısından çarşafta lekeler vardı. Oda çok küçüktü. Pencere dar bir alana bakıyor zaten. Tekrar tercih edeceğimi düşünmüyorum.

Le lieu de l'hôtel est très bien placé, dans le centre de Kadıköy à deux pas du Métro.

Cons:

Chambre non insonorisée avec le couloir et avec l'extérieur.
