When I arrived at hotel the door was locked and I can see from out that nobody attended in the reception desk,after minutes one old man came without any kind of suit and couldn't talk in English, why I reserved because I noticed 60% off interestingly that area is not safe, and isn't safe for family, and I know the booking site is very friendly user but ,they must evaluated these kinds of hotels that by the fake promotion caused some kind of fraud by abusing some site like booking.com, and may be it is needed to added some future for evaluation such as the price in that area,the average price of hotels in month or three month,workers training evaluation,
Location.... Room was big... That is the only thing is good
Breakfast same each day.... So little variety and quantity if it is finished wait a lot... No one clean the room after 2 days I asked they said I must ask for clean....i think cleaning room is the normal... When they made room clean took towels for laundry not put another all day no towels..... Believe it or not they not have stock of. Towels... So no shower no face cleaning till towels finished finally Brough it at 8 evening... No one in reciption no one talk to if u need some thing only one woman working every thing... Internet always at night not. Working I asked he said there another line oj why not give me from beginning... Any way they other line is stop too...

Posizione molto buona. Piazza Taksim a 5 minuti a piedi.
Camera matrimoniale deluxe assolutamente consigliata.
Prezzo sicuramente accattivante.
Rumori fino a notte fonda per la vicinanza di locali notturni. Il bagno, se chiuso per un po’, emana il odore non molto gradevole.
Colazione (9:00-11:00) inclusa ma non usufruita poiché scarsa e non molto variegata, abbiamo preferito farla fuori.
Very well situated hotel next to the boulevard and transportations, the staff is the best especially Ali who received us for checking kindly very late at night, the young lady who working in the reception in the mornings is very nice too, thank you for your hospitality and genuine service.
Some noise can be heard during the night for those who need calm to sleep, from a night club next to the hotel and the traffic
