Pros:

L'hotel est très charmant et se trouve a deux pas des chutes! Nous avons testé plusieurs plats du restaurants et nous sommes regalés a chaque fois
Le personnel y est très discret et sympathique. La zone SPA est vraiment très agréable. Je vous recommande cet endroit à 100%

Un sejur excelent
Pros:

In primul rand ne-a placut ca hotelul era amplasat in mijlocul padurii. Am adormit si ne-am trezit in sunet de parau si cantec de pasari, Patul a fost confortabil, micul dejun a fost ok, personalul amabil ( mai ales ospatarul care ne-a servit cina )si atmosfera placuta.

Cons:

Nu a fost nimic sa ne displaca.

Pros:

Хотела има доста модерен вид , хубава и приятна градина . Кухнята е много добра.
В близоста е Крушунския водопад, има туристически маршрути за разходки.
Престоят ни беше много приятен. Служителите са много любезни , усмихнати и много отзивчиви.

Мястото и природата.

Cons:

Беше добре, но скъпо, за което предполагам проблема си е в мен. Най- неприятното беше че при резервация за 2 нощувки с дете на 7г. 180€, предплатих 50%, тоест 90€. На освобождаване ми поискаха още 126€. Обясниха ми че за дете се доплащало 18€ на ден. Аз казах че не е редно, при положение че съм резервирал и цената е била крайна. Но те настояха да си платя. Аз пък си запазих правото да съм недоволен.

Entspannter Aufenthalt im Relax Hotel
Pros:

Im Naturpark gelegenes Hotel, nicht weit von den Krushuna Wasserfällen entfernt. Absolut ruhig. Komfortabel ausgestattete Zimmer. In angeschlossenem Restaurant kann man gut Abendessen. Beim Frühstück kann man von einer Karte verschiedene Gerichte auswählen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wäre etwas Obst nicht schlecht.

Odihna in padure
Pros:

Am petrecut cateva zile incantatoare in acest hotel amplasat in apropiere de cascada Krushuna. Camerele au fost spatioase cu toate dotarile necesare, curatenia este impecabila, nu a fost nimic sa ne deranjeze ci ne-am relaxat si odihnit asa cum ne-am dorit. Micul dejun a fost excelent, dat fiind ca in afara de clasicele mezeluri, branza, rosii si castraveti, am avut surpriza placuta sa primim clatite, friganele, budinca de macaroane si gogosi. Personalul este foarte amabil si ospitalier, toti cu care am interactionat erau atenti sa ne faca sa ne simtim bine primiti.

The staff in the restaurant were very nice and helpful

They lie about the spa
It's not working. I went there for only two nights to relax and I found out that the spa is not working.
The manager lie they are fixing it but on the second day was still not working. I lost my only two days to travel for nothing. My daughter was disappointed as well.They need to remove the spa from the facilities they offer 😒 This is not right to play with people's money and time
