Disappointing
Pros:

The breakfast staff were lovely

Cons:

The staff on in the evening restaurant were not very pleasant we had to wait long for our food to come out they brought one of our party out 10 minutes before ours and we had to ask 3 separate members of staff for cutlery.
Not a very pleasant experience!

Cons:

Spa pool looked dirty, massive cobwebs around breakfast room ceiling, room missing a hairdryer and shower control fell off.

Excellent staff and hotel.
Pros:

When there was an issue it was sorted promptly and efficiently. Very helpful and polite staff. Food was very good in the evening and excellent choice of breakfast. Will be returning.

Pros:

Liked the executive room and spa was great 👍

Cons:

Dated decor staff unreliable and uninterested in serving guests ,and position of hotel no views right in middle of houses .

Uncomfortably hot trying to get a good nights sleep. Larger fans needed. Or better still aircon.
Pros:

Our room was a nice size. Clean, and lovely shower.

Cons:

No aircon in a heatwave. We asked in reception for a fan and the pretendingly helpful guy on reception said no problem we’ll put a fan in for you.
I kid you not it was a 9inch fan with 2 settings and hardly any use whatsoever. This was the same pretendingly helpful guy at reception who we asked about the nearest nice beach to go to. So he pointed to the main Llanelli beach a short drive away.
Little did we realise, it was a mud flat beach. We walked out towards the sea not knowing it was pure wet sinking mud. Before long we were right in it about 3inches deep and covered in mud. This beach was not for swimming as it is dangerous. Why on earth did he suggest that beach for us to go too. Sadly we won’t be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

Staff were pleasant. Grounds okay. Bedroom pleasant.

Food poor especially breakfast. No air con units.
No fridge in bedrooms, no bottled water. ⁰

A great hotel
Pros:

Staff behaviour. Rather unique and proactive.

Cons:

Toilet in male swim changing room didn't flush for several days, though it was known to malfunction.
Toilet in room 54 flush didn't clear even paper.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel, nice atmosphere, plenty of free parking, very good gym, good breakfast. Nice large room and helpful and friendly staff.

Made my partner’s birthday very special.
Pros:

Location, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable and well appointed rooms, great food, great swimming pool and spa. Ample parking.

Cons:

The hill and steps are very steep for the unwary. Those with mobility issues, must book a parking space up top.
