Service wird groß geschrieben. Immer wieder gerne kommen wir, wenn wir den Ruhrtalweg machen.
Pros:

Hotel ist familiengeführt und dass spürt man auch. Es wird viel Wert auf den Service gelegt und als Gast fühlt man sich wohl aufgenommen. Daher sind wir auch Wiederholungstäter.

Es nur Kleinigkeiten, die es ausmachen
Pros:

Zentral gelegen. Zimmer waren sauber und im neuen Haus zweckmäßig, morden eingerichtet.

Cons:

Irgendwie fehlten mir Steckdosen am Bett. Ein Hinweis, dass das Zimmer sich durch Rollläden hätte verdunkeln lassen können Ware schön gewesen. Aufbackbrötchen (etwas trocken) und Trockenes Brot muss nicht sein. Die Tasse Milchkaffee kostet wohl laut Rechnung extra, ok dafür kostete das Frühstück auch nicht ganz soviel wie bei Booking.com angezeigt war.
