Un peu déçus
Pros:

Le chalet est joli
Le jacuzzi est grand
La literie est confortable
Le petit déjeuner est qualitatif - il pourrait être plus généreux

La décoration du rez de chaussée- baby-foot coin lecture

Cons:

Les photos ne correspondent pas .
La chambre était décevante - elle était sensée être premium mais absence de décoration - et le coin lit était enfermé dans une partie de la chambre - pas comme sur la photo. La salle de bain est extrêmement petite et vieillissante. Tous les éléments sont collés les uns aux autres .
Le coin piscine n est pas aussi agréable que sur la photo, des chalets donne dessus. La piscine est chauffée mais pas très chaude non plus.
Le chalet n est pas loin de la route.

nous n'avons pas profité du hammam ni de la piscine par manque de temps, la chambre est spacieuse et très bien décorée, le coin cuisine est très appréciable, le petit déjeuné très copieux avec des produits frais et que dire de l'accueil très chaleureux

Un bon hôtel bien placé avec du charme
Pros:

L'emplacement en coeur de station au pied des commerces (pharmacie, boulangerie, ...)
La piscine chauffée avec vue sur les montagnes
La décoration typique type chalets
Le personnel agréable

Cons:

L'insonorisation de la chambre assez mauvaise
Des petits détails qui montrent que tout n'est pas parfaitement entretenu/surveillé : poussière apparente sur les abats jours au dessus des lits, portes de poignées dévissées en partie (porte d'entrée et salle de bain)

Beautiful stay
Pros:

Super friendly staff. Great location with amazing views. Easy walk to the lake and short drive to beautiful walks and restaurants. Easy free car parking. Lovely pool at the hotel.

Cons:

Only one of the plug sockets worked in our room. The hotel generally is quite loud as the hard floors make noise travel. The bed in the room was very squeaky and wakes you up when you turn over.
