Hôtel de charme, personnel accueillant, un très bel endroit
Pros:

Tout ! L’accueil était top aussi bien à la réception qu’au bar. La piscine et le jacuzzi. La chambre cosy avec un balcon avec vue sur les montagnes. Le pdj copieux moitié buffet et moitié servi à table.

Jolie chambre, personnel accueillant, piscine chauffée, spa bien équipé, bon petit déjeuner et restaurant, emplacement pour les randos

Cons:

Toilettes non séparés dans la salle de bain elle même non séparée de la chambre. Eau du jacuzzi un peu basse. Route un peu proche. Bar restaurant en dessous. Un peu bruyant le soir au 1er étage. Il faisait trip chaud dans la chambre. On a dû laisser la porte extérieure ouverte pour dormir.

J'ai réservé et payé pour l'appartement de 45m2, apparemment un problème et je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre de 23m2... Manque de place dans la chambre, pas de coin salon, Salle de bain minuscule, pas de prises électrique près du lit, et plusieurs autres ne fonctionnait pas, poire de douche ne tient pas sur la barre et bouton d'eau chaude qui tombe, petit déjeuner très cher et répétitif si on reste plusieurs jours, comme on ne m'a pas fait de geste sur le prix on m'a fait miroiter que dans la chambre j'avais le service hôtelier (contrairement à l'appartement) mais à part tirer les draps et changer des serviettes rien de fait, il fallait un peu râler...
