Lovely environment. Inviting courtyard. Lela was very approachable and helpful. Cleanliness is key for us, and our accommodation was spotless. We loved the property. The only down side was that when we booked with booking.com, they advertised the accommodation as being available with breakfast included; unfortunately there was no breakfast. Apart form the lack of breakfast disappointment, our stay there was delightful.

The disappointment of no breakfast availability when that was partly why we had booked there.

Очень уютный дом с красивым, атмосферным двориком и невероятно радушной хозяйкой. Расположение отличное — в самом центре Мцхеты, рядом с собором, магазинчиками и кафе, при этом вокруг потрясающие виды на горы. Нам особенно повезло с погодой: горы в тумане сделали атмосферу Мцхеты ещё более волшебной.
Отдельная рекомендация — обязательно сходить на ужин в Georgian Picnic: очень уютное место неподалёку с прекрасной грузинской атмосферой.
Место, куда действительно хочется вернуться. ❤️

A nice room, good location, a bit noisy
Pros:

A very central location, almost opposite the cathedral. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the pillow could be better.

Cons:

Despite the fact that the town is pretty empty once the day trippers leave, it was pretty noisy late at night. There was loud singing and talking up to 3am.
