自動チェックイン機でチェックインやチェックアウトをしたのですが勝手にどうぞという感じでホテルの説明はありませんかなどの声掛けがあってもいいのではないでしょうか
The onsen was excellent.
The lack of availability to the drinks station throughout the day, the room was so small that you could only get into the bed from one side, the staff on reception could only speak english as well as I could speak Japanese.
