Excellent, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage, Nähe zur Innenstadt, die Räume hatten Fenster in drei Himmelsrichtungem, die Räume waren wunderbar groß. Für unsere Fahrräder gab es eine Garage, der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Ein Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Wir überlegen, dort mal für eine Woche Urlaub zu machen.

Kein Aufenthalt, obwohl wir bezahlt haben!

NICHTS!! Wir konnten nicht einchecken, das Geld ist aber weg!

Kein Zimmer trotz Buchung! Hände weg vom Hotel Jaro!!!
Wir wurden am Anreisetag telefonisch darüber informiert, dass wir, da wir spät zum Hotel kommen würden, einen Code für den Schlüsselsafe bekommen würden. Dieser Schlüsseldode wurde uns nie zugesandt und wir standen um 20.30Uhr vor dem Hotel und konnten nicht einchecken. Wir mussten uns ein anderes Hotel suchen und kamen am nächsten Tag in der Früh zum Hotel Jaro um darüber zu sprechen. Uns wurde gesagt wir müssten ein Email an den Besitzer schreiben, was wir umgehend taten. Es kam nie eine Antwort und natürlich auch kein Geld zurück.
Ich finde es unverschämt, 2 Wochen lang gar nicht zu reagieren, denn selbst wenn wir nicht alles zurückbekommen hätten, ist es sehr unhöflich nicht zu antworten. Es ist in keiner Weise unser Fehler gewesen und wir erwarten zumindest eine Antwort und ein Entgegenkommen.

Příjemná paní na recepci. Blízkost centra.

Cons:

Ubytování nenabízí vlastní parkování jak je uvedeno v popisu. Parkování je na ulici, pokud je volné místo. Parkovali jsme poměrně daleko, cca 500m, protože byla v centru akce a všude bylo vše obsazené. Vybavení starší, ale funkční. Podlaha vrzala.

pěkný hotel, vhodná lokalita, kdyby byly odstraněny drobné nedostatky viz výše, pak by to bylo super
Pros:

snídaně výborná, postele pohodlné, nábytek už by potřeboval opravu, některé šuplíky se rozpadaly, světlo bylo úsporné, nesvítila všechna osvětlení

Cons:

drobnosti, v koupelně neupevněné věšáky na ručníky, 1.den nešla televize, pokažená anténa

Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher waren vorhanden. Sehr viel Platz. Ruhige Lage.
Frühstück mit Ei und Obst sowie Heißwasser zum selbst nachzapfen

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir waren positiv überrascht von dem Zimmer. Es sah so viel schöner aus, als auf dem Foto. Wir waren eigentlich nur zur Durchreise dort, aber wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Es gab ein Sofa, einen Esstisch, einen Kühlschrank, eine ebenerdige Dusche mit kleinem Einstieg und Schiebetüren und alles war sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr groß und bequem und die Aussicht war super! Die Stadt ist einen Besuch auf jeden Fall wert und einen Kaffee + Gebäck oder ein Frühstück im Nejen Kafe 2 ist zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und wir konnten unsere Räder sicher in der Garage abstellen.
