Excellent management, clean room, prompt staff but need vehicle for pick up drop..
Pros:

Excellent management, owners directly involved. Staff was prompt and courteous. Rooms were clean. Paranthas were tasty.

Cons:

Location though 10 min to mall road was steep slope, making it difficult to climb up. Cabs were expensive generally asking for 500 rs. for one way drop. Best rate offered was 250rs.

The stay was comfortable. There were extra spaces in hall as well as in front in case one just wants to sit or your room doesn't hv attached balcony.The services were prompt and the hotel is definitely clean. It's a bit expensive but okay if you are visiting Nainital for vacation.

Pros:

Room was clean and beautiful, staff boy priyansh was very decent and helpful boy.

Cons:

Distance from hotel to mall road, no shop or restaurant near hotel and every time you hire a taxi to reach mall road which cost you around 300-500 rs.

Extremely grateful for my stay in The Kumoan! The room was wonderful and comfortable with an amazing view from a large terrace area. Nikhil and the team were exceptionally kind and helpful! The food was also very tasty. Thank you very much 🙏 Ram Ram ❤️

Can be better.Normal water can be added complementary.
Pros:

Nice ,quiet place.Quick service, tasty and clean food.

Cons:

The room details were not clearly mentioned on the booking.com page. We got one bathroom with duplex room having no view.Roof was of metal so whole night sound of monkeys roaming was heard.They gave only one bottle of water complementary though the room was booked for 4 people.
