Fabulous hosts, good parking, excellent location.
Pros:

The room was very large with the most beautiful views across the lake.
A nice little balcony too.
Food served at dinner was very good and it was a great example of a continental breakfast.
Beds were comfy.
Little fridge and kettle.
Good location to explore Grindelwald.

Cons:

Everywhere in Switzerland is expensive so in comparison this place was value for money.

Pros:

Vincenzo è la moglie molto gentili e disponibili, lui italiano quindi abbiamo scambiato anche due chiacchiere.stanno molto attenti ai dettagli, quando si entra c’è una grande stanza dove è presente una macchina per caffè gratuito e un microonde.Stanza carina e molto pulita. Cena ottima.

فندق جميل و عائلة متعاونة .
Pros:

الفندق في قرية ( أوبريد )17 دقيقة وانت في سنتر إنترلاكن ، الفندق بسيط ونظيف أقرب إلى كوخ، الموقع والإطلالة على البحيرة روعة روعة ، الفندق تديره عائلة خدومة وبشوشة ومتعاونة جداً ، الإفطار مثل أغلب الفنادق في أوروبا بسيط ولكنه يفي بالغرض ، موقف السيارة مجانيّ ، عند الخروج يطلبون ضريبة المدينة ( 6 فرنك لليوم )

Standard of a simple guesthouse, but with an absolutely breathtaking lake view

However, everything was spotlessly clean and the furniture was newer. What made this stay truly magical was the room with a balcony directly overlooking the lake—having a drink there and enjoying the view was pure luxury. The owners were also incredibly friendly and put their hearts into the place.

Cons:

We chose this property mainly for the budget-friendly price, so we didn't have high expectations. Although it has 'hotel' in its name, the standard is definitely closer to a simple rustic guesthouse or a cabin. The traditional wooden building has its charm, but the creaking floors and ceilings, along with an old 80s-style bathroom, felt a bit like camping.

As a small tip for improvement: it was quite hot at night, but we couldn't leave the windows wide open because of the flying insects. Adding mosquito nets to the windows would greatly improve the comfort. The location requires some driving to get to the main attractions, but it rewards you with a beautifully quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The place is so calm and the view is so stunning. All staff are very friendly. They also have a parking just next to the Hotel. I would like to suggest if you can put tv in the room.

Pros:

The hotel has a very good location and very easy to reach. By a few steps down, the lake is just beside.
Very good breakfast and kind people. Next time, I will stay there again.

Pros:

Die Besitzer des Hotels waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Da in das Hotel auch ein Restaurant integriert ist, war es kein Problem, abends gutes Essen zu bekommen.
Hoteleigene Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Vom Balkon aus hat man gute Sicht auf den See und die Berge.
Mit wenigen Schritten ist man am Ufer des Spiezersees.
