Goed ontbijt, mooie kamer, zeer fraaie badkamer.

Cons:

Warmwater onder de douche fluctueert, en de douchevloer vind ik erg glad en gevaarlijk.

Kamer 9 stof op de kast vanboven en stof op de boord van het bed aan het hooft. Ruiten kuisen in badt. En ernaast op de muur.

Pros:

Feels like a cosy hotel, trouble free check in and out. Earlier check in online did have some issues. Very nice bathroom in the one person room. It seems to be a place where a lot of elderly people spend some time with an half pension arrangement.

Cons:

Be aware that you need to take the steps to get up to the second floor where my room was. Not an issue for me but could be for others. Coffee, tea and watercooker were tucked away in the cupboard. Could have been mentioned.

Het ontbijt was basic, prima maar niets bijzonders.
Kamer was netjes.

Cons:

Communicatie verloopt moeizaam; de meeste medewerkers spreken geen Nederlands en daarnaast slecht Engels.Brandalarm gaat af, het enige dat gemeld wordt is: kitchen, kitchen, terwijl de rook onze kamer in waait en de knop op brandmeldintallatie op storing gezet wordt... 😶
Kwaliteit dinerbuffet zeer middelmatig.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf, we komen zeker terug bij activiteiten in de buurt.
Pros:

Vlotte bereikbaarheid pal in het centrum en toch gratis openbare parking op amper 100 meter stappen.
Goeie service en vriendelijk personeel.
Goeie nachtrust, geen geluid vanop de gang of buiten. Koffie en theevoorzieningen op de kamer. Airco/ventilator was voorzien op de kamer.
Aangeboden diner in buffetvorm aan zeer democratische prijs.

Cons:

1 van de badhanddoeken zat er een gat in, vermoedelijk ontstaan in de wasserij/plooidienst buiten het hotel.
Een kleine frigo zou een meerwaarde kunnen zijn.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

A special thank you to the receptionist Sarah who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. She was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, and her help made our experience even more enjoyable, especially as we were in town for a wedding.

We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended

De late incheck en dat je na 22.00 uur gewoon naar binnen kunt met je pasje.
