Excellent Stay at Entner's
Pros:

Our birthday getaway weekend was totally worth it. The location was amazing, and the hotel had everything you could ever want. It was super clean, and the breakfast spread was huge. The infinity pool and sauna were definitely the best parts. Oh, and the staff remembered it was my birthday and did some sweet little things for me, which made me feel really special. A big thanks to them!

Schönes Erlebnis, allerdings verbesserungsfähig im Bereich Personal und Service.
Pros:

Schöne Lage, schönes Hotel von außen und innen. Rezeptionspersonal und Vio in der Bar TOP!

Cons:

Reinigungspersonal konnte kein Wort deutsch sprechen, Frühstücksbuffet von der Auswahl her wunderbar jedoch vom Personal her so lala, man hat uns nichts gezeigt, wir mussten alles selbst suchen und heraus finden, kein guter Service morgens, sehr stressig alles und das Personal war nicht sonderlich gut gelaunt. Ein schöner Whirlpool fehlte uns ebenso für den Preis.

Pros:

Super Lage direkt am See, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück.
Highlight ist natürlich der Pool direkt am See der im Winter angenehm temperiert ist.
Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr sauber und ansprechend gestaltet aber nichts außergewöhnliches.
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel in großartiger Lage, unterm Strich stimmt für uns aber dennoch das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt am See und der Pool direkt über dem See ist eine Besonderheit!
Das Frühstücksangebot lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Ein wirklich guter Ort zur Erholung.

Pros:

Wunderbarer Blick auf See und Berge, tolle Küche (Frühstück und Abend), großzügiger Wellness-Bereich mit tollen Tees. Freundliche Menschen.

Cons:

Bad deutlich zu klein für 4 Sterne. Leider zieht sich das durch ziemlich alle Hotels, dass man mit booking-Buchung eher die „Katzenzimmer“ bekommt. Eine Direkt-Buchung wurde empfohlen.
Frische Handtücher im Wellness-Beteich nur auf Wunsch.

Schön und erholsam
Pros:

Es sind alles sehr nett. Man hat uns sogar für unseren Hund eine Decke, einen Napf mit Trockenfutter und einen Napf mit Wasser hingestellt. Echt toll😊
