Pros:

The hotel is located at the end of the block which is a bit far from the grandworld centre. But it is good for our family as we do not prefer the hassle at the centre. The receptionist is very friendly and you can inform her if you want to book for a buggy or grab to another location you want to go to. Overall, the hotel is clean & recommended.

Cons:

The room is quite small for us as we bring 3 pieces of luggage. Once the luggages are in, we hardly have space to move around.

Good location
Pros:

We were offered two options at check-in: a smaller room with an escalator that’s closer to most attractions, and a larger room without an escalator that’s farther from them. We chose the escalator-access room because of its proximity to the main sights. The room is about a 5-minute walk to the water taxi. It’s near the busy streets but still surprisingly quiet. There are restaurants right downstairs, and it’s roughly a 10-minute walk to the shuttle bus that offers free rides to Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders.

The pillows are too soft.

Pros:

Great location as right at the start of the canal. And easy access to all theme parks and safari. Very helpful staff and also friendly. A great place to stay with a great value for money.
