Pros:

Una excelente atención por parte de las señoritas de recepción y la información que proveen, sirve al turista en temas de seguridad integral y económica.

Very good location, close to parks, events, and restaurants

Cons:

The room I stayed in was very small, maybe should have a smaller bed. I hit my shins on the bed frame often

Buena atención, limpio y confortable.
Pros:

Se recomienda que en la propaganda del hotel, clarifiquen que no tienen parqueadero propio, sino un contrato con un parqueadero externo y que solo se puede usar de 6 pm hasta las 8 am. En la zona es dificil encontrar espacio de paqueo.

Buena Opción en Pitalito.
Pros:

Si viajas por trabajo es una buena opción.
La habitación cuenta con escritorio.
En el restaurante hay disponibilidad de Desayuno y Cena.

Cons:

No es indispensable pero como oportunidad de mejora el servicio de TV por cable, fue muy regular.
Lo restante estuvo 🆗.
