The guy at the front desk was so rude. I didn't even check into the room because of houmw put off I was with this man.

The location was convenient and close to downtown, and the accommodation was reasonably clean.

Cons:

I requested an extra blanket around 10:00 PM the first night I weas there. Unfortunately, the host's response felt impolite and unwelcoming, as they appeared annoyed by the request. This made me feel uncomfortable, as I believe requesting basic accommodation items should be handled courteously.
In addition, the listing indicated that an iron would be available, but there was no iron in the room. Due to my earlier experience when requesting the blanket, I did not feel comfortable asking the host about the missing iron.

Very comfortable and now a top pick for my pdx stay due to value.
Pros:

My guest and I both liked the easy check in process, the clean room and location. Parking was available for us as well. The room was clean and prepared for our check in time that we requested.

Nice deal for a night or two.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Quick check-in and check out. Parking on the facilities was free and parking on the street was also available and seemed safer than other areas.

Cons:

The room had a funny smell when we entered and throughout our stay. It's almost like someone had smoke in the room before and the carpet got impregnated with the smell. The towels had hairs in them and some mould were noticeable in the grout lines of the shower tiles.

Very nice updated room. The owner was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
Pros:

I didn't discover the breakfast until after I had already eaten. I liked that there was a bus stop close by.

Cons:

I would have liked for there to have been a convenience store closer. I had to walk about 1/2 a mile to the closest filling station.

Nous sommes restés. 6 nuits . Les lits ont été refait que deux fois, l'aspirateur n'a jamais été passé durant le séjour. La salle de bain jamais nettoyée. Et le comble notre caution ne nous a pas été restituée malgré des relances par mail. A déconseiller .

Location is ok. Bed is fine.

Cons:

Staff was not very friendly.
There's a foul smell coming from the AC. We reported it and the staff came, he said it should be gone in few minutes but it didn't.
