Safe stay at affordable price, would rent again.
Pros:

Clean room and bathroom, the cleanest I’ve seen at this price (and even higher). The price was very reasonable, as well as the deposit. Appeared to be a family run business. Microwave and mini fridge, large screen TV, decent decor. Proper locks and it felt safe and secure.

Cons:

Small parking lot, difficult to maneuver when full.

Convenient parking and nearby food trucks, but the neighborhood and very limited breakfast could be
Pros:

There are two nice food trucks right next to the motel, which made it very convenient to get dinner without having to drive anywhere. The parking area is also inside the motel property, so parking was convenient and easy to access.

Cons:

The motel is located too close to the downtown area, and we did not feel comfortable or safe walking around the neighborhood, especially at night. The breakfast was also very basic—just a small cake and coffee. We were disappointed that there was no hot water available for tea. Providing a few more breakfast choices and hot water would make the stay much better.
