Pros:

Personel samimi ve güleryüzlü..

Cons:

Banyo daha modern olabilirdi. Dış macunu, fırçası vb yok. Odada çay kahve için elekt cezve yok.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. They even accommodated a nice girl I met on the bus from Nis last minute.

The location is 10 minutes easy walk to Skanderbeg square(main street) and there's a pizzeria, grill houses on the street parallel to hotel sara. (Also a sim shop is located there but it's only open Monday - Friday) There's a small supermarket as you exit the hotel turn left and cafes, bureau de change, pharmacy eyc nearby.

The spa area is really beautiful, relaxing and private, (book by room €10 pp)

My room was clean on arrival and large.

Hot water(just takes a few minutes letting it run)

Aircon/Heater worked perfectly.

Outside noise was not a problem(although in all hotels the call to prayers around 5am so bring soft earplugs if needed)

Reasonably priced vending machine with coffee, drinks & sweets

Cons:

The below are just minor
suggestions. Overall my stay was good.

-There is a noise from doors closing and opening, they're stiff so although the hotel wasn't very busy if it was that would be an issue.
On one night around 1 am an older male guest was trying to enter his room loudly shouting oblivious to other guests and I couldn't sleep again until around 3am. That could in fairness happen in any hotel but sticky doors need to be fixed.

-I stayed 4 nights and my room was never cleaned. I just took toilet rolls from other rooms and used towels from the spa area lol. In fairness I never asked about it ( I kept forgetting) but cleaners at least usually replenish towels,toiletpaper, empty the bins in every room.

-A Shower Curtain & Shower attached to the wall would be great.

-A light duvet rather than a sheet and a light blanket may be more comfortable. The blankets itchy and the sheet alone is too light.

-The room (and my friend remarked the same) was slightly too bright.

- The TV & lamp didn't work( again in fairness I never requested help with this, I was too busy sightseeing) Bathroom was slightly too dark.

Great stay in Prishtina
Pros:

Very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the location is excellent for exploring Prishtina on foot, and the staff were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful.

Excellente hôtel, je senournerai encore si je reviens à Prishtina
Pros:

Toute été parfait: l'emplacement, la propreté, le personnel... La propriétaire de l'hôtel est resté parler avec moi avant ma départure et m'a accompagné jusqu'au taxi, ne m'a pas lâ hé avant de se rassurer que j'ai été en sécurité. Le personnel est toujours à l'écoute, souriante et très gentil. Je revienderai.

Cons:

Toute été nickel.

Pros:

A szállás a központban van szinte, kényelmes 10 perc sétára. Parkolásra is volt lehetőség, egy közeli udvarban. :)

Pros:

Underbar service av personalen,som ordnade gratis parkering och jätte billig spa tid då man fick hyra hela anläggningen med svit säng,bubbelpool, ångbastu och vanlig bastu och hela undervåningen som var en pool för en billig peng i två timmar+att hotell rummet var billigt från början

Cons:

Lite slitet hotell, men som sagt vad så var priset billigt

Sehr Zentrale Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.Für den Preis in der Lage findet man nix in der Stadtnähe.Wenn man nur ein günstigen Schlafplatz ohne Luxus sucht ist man hier nicht verkehrt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht ganz funktionstüchtig es gab Probleme mit Wasser und Strom( sie haben aber daran gearbeitet).Der Spa Bereich optisch schön aber hat sehr stark gerochen das Wasser im Whirpool war ganz schlimm.

Zentrum ist nah dran. Das Personal ist sehr nett und vorkommend. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet alles in einem war es für uns super ! Zum empfehlen.
