Excellent rapport qualité prix à Pristina avec une équipe super des belles chambres propres et simples.
Pros:

Un hôtel bien situé fonctionnel avec un personnel sympathique et disponible dans un quartier calme mais central. Le spa est très original.

Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i smještaj je blizu centra.

Cons:

Kad sam došao u sobu nije bila dobro očišćena dlake su bile po cijelom tepihu i ležaj je bio jako neudoban.
Posteljina je čudno mirisala kao da nije ni promijenjena. Što se tiče Spa voda u bazenu je užasno hladna i đakuzi je bi prljav.
U samoj sobi nije mi radio fen za kosu, telefon i nije bilo daljinskog za tv.

Personale ottimo e cordiale. Alloggio e condizioni delle camere da rivedere.
Pros:

Unica nota di merito: Personale molto gentile e cortese. Super disponibile per ogni esigenza e molto professionale.
Posizione nel centro della città vecchia.
Qualche minuto a piedi distante dall'attuale centro e via principale di Pristina.

Cons:

Non comprendo le recensioni positive su questo posto.
Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà.
Per lo stesso prezzo a Pristina si trova di meglio (oppure con poco di più).
Le camere non erano adeguatamente pulite. Le coperte hanno buchi ed presentano macchie. I mobili sono mezzi rotti e presentano crepe e pezzi mancanti.
Il Wi-Fi non è presente in ogni stanza.
C'era pure una perdita in bagno.

Cons:

Accès assez difficile en voiture. Nous n'avons pas trouvé et on ne nous a pas renseigné sur le spa. Un peu difficile de repartir du parking le matin car voiture bloquée - mais réactivité pour débloquer.

für die spa zahlt man extra pro person und sie war echt ekelhaft. also man riecht deutlich, dass da etwas nicht stimmt. das wasser im kleinen jacuzzi war gelbgrün und hat gestunken. das wasser im zimmer löuft nur langsam ab. deswegen musste man immer mit schlappen ins bad. und hat auch bisschen gerochen

Alles war super, ich werde jedes Mal da buchen, wenn ich Urlaub im Kosovo mache.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, mitten im Zentrum. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, der Hotelbesitzer auch sehr freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
