Highly recommended
Pros:

Only 15min walk away from the city centre and close to a market and many restaurants and coffeeshops. The personal was professional and helpful. My room was pink and I felt like a princess 😆 Highly recommended

Charmant hôtel familiale bien situé

I recommend the Sara Hotel. They responded very quickly and helped me organize my stay before my arrival. The internet connection at the airport wasn't working after security(so better call your driver before the security). But don't worry, Kosovars are really helpful and friendly; as a single woman, I quickly felt more at ease than in France.
I really appreciated the kindness of all members of Sara hotel. I never experienced such behavior. My room was really clean and everything fonctionnal. I went back late in the night alone and felt great in Pristina and this aera.

Communicating with staff

Cons:

The room and its facilities were very disappointing and far below expectations. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online. In my opinion, this property does not deserve a 4-star rating. I would hardly give it even 1 star.

Good hotel on good location
Pros:

The location is perfect and the spa is really beautiful. The people were really nice and we had an easy going trip.

Cons:

The spa was a litlle extra costs and we had a really tight schedule. If it was free we would have taken a little dip.
