für die spa zahlt man extra pro person und sie war echt ekelhaft. also man riecht deutlich, dass da etwas nicht stimmt. das wasser im kleinen jacuzzi war gelbgrün und hat gestunken. das wasser im zimmer löuft nur langsam ab. deswegen musste man immer mit schlappen ins bad. und hat auch bisschen gerochen

Cons:

Accès assez difficile en voiture. Nous n'avons pas trouvé et on ne nous a pas renseigné sur le spa. Un peu difficile de repartir du parking le matin car voiture bloquée - mais réactivité pour débloquer.

Alles war super, ich werde jedes Mal da buchen, wenn ich Urlaub im Kosovo mache.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, mitten im Zentrum. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, der Hotelbesitzer auch sehr freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

The staff were friendly and the air-conditioning worked well. It's in the old part of the city which is kind of cool.

Cons:

The place was much more basic than seemed when booking. The bed sheets had holes in it, only some of the wall sockets worked and they were in awkward places, the shower flooded the whole room. Everything just seemed really run down. They were doing renovations while we were there (that they didn't warn us about before hand) and hopefully that will improve things but it was a pretty basic hotel.

Poor and disappointing. Price seems extremely high (£557 for 2 people 5 nights) for the room and amenities we were given

Staff were very helpful. We could at least ask for the items our room lacked.

Cons:

Our room was not ready and extremely small. No shower supplies and the shower head was not fixed on the wall, no towels, one singular power socket in the whole room, €5 breakfast was disappointing, the bathroom flooded every time we showered. Location of hotel seemed to be at an unsafe part of Prishtina (due to our negative experiences as 2 women). All of these led to us having an uncomfortable stay.

Lovely stay
Pros:

I really liked this place as it was really clean it was in a really nice place and it also had 24 hour reception
My check in was until 10:30 I overstayed until 12 and nobody even bothered me very good value

Only the location.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Bathroom floor always wet and stinking. The spa was cold. Cold jacuzzi. Absolutely freezing pool water. Building works drilling and banging at 7am every morning except the Saturday.

Loved it.
Pros:

We were in town for the football, so the central location was very nice. Around a 15 minute walk to the stadium and the bars. Breakfast in the hotel was nice, didn't get a chance to use to the spa facilities or the swimming pool.
