Lovely old palace converted to a residence

Cons:

Further away from heart of Florence. The elevator is super tiny can only fit one and luggage, but that is part of the old building charm.

Realy nice representative hotel for Florence in a very good location
Pros:

Beautiful room in a very well-positioned location. Good soundproofing. Comfortable beds. Parking is available nearby, managed by the hotel through a 3rd-party garage. Nice, careful and ready to help staff. Definitely recommend!

Cons:

La entrada del hotel parece abandonado, si llegas despues de las 8:00pm no hay recepcionista y tienes que buscar tu como entrar a tu habitacion y la vdd es muy feo el trayecto de la puerta del hotel hasta la puerta de la habitacion

The location is fantastic. You are in Old Town, across the bridge where everything is at.

I loved the room, very spacious, comfortable bed and shower is amazing. I enjoyed every single shower I had!

The staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful.

I picked this hotel as I got a good Black Friday deal. I would stay again if there was another offer.

Cons:

A few things, this did not impact my stay. I would stay here again -

1. It is not clear when you arrive, you expect to see a hotel entrance (this is an apartment building).

2. No staff on the premises after 8pm. I did not need anyone, it wouldhave been an inconveniencehaving to call a number.

3. No omplimentary water in the room.

4. Safety deposit bix is tiny (I ended up using my rucksack, locked it).

5. lift is very small, tight and I nicknamed a coffin.

Gorgeous interiors, wonderful city views, near everything, priced well for the suite we had.
Pros:

The room decor was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the building was easy to locate. Wonderful staff and great breakfast, too!
