L'emplacement et la vue

Cons:

Énormément de bruit extérieur aucune isolation phonique ! On ne peut pas dormir avant 1h du matin
Et le matin à partir de 7h30 au 4 ème étage nous entendons les chaises du rooftop pour le petit déjeuner (un bruit strident)
Autant vous dire que nous avons très peu dormi
De plus les portes qui claquent a longeur de nuit et de journée car en face de notre chambre le propriétaire y habite et ne cesse de faire des vas et viens en claquant la porte, il n'est d'ailleurs pas du tout agréable heureusement que les employés (elles) sont très agréables.
la salle de bains qui fuit et qui est pleine de moisissure il serait temps de la changer.

Super hôtel et bon séjour
Pros:

Super hôtel très très bien situé pour l'accès aux activités, aux port et à la plage. Bus pour aller à Ksamil à 5 min. Accès facile pour manger vous avez pleins de restaurants aux alentours. N'hésitez pas à monter d'un étage de la pente pour manger moins chère.

Vu que nous sommes restés une semaine au bout d'un moment on avait marre de manger la même chose au petit déjeuner. Mais si vous restés pas longtemps ça le fait. Il était bon et simple.
Ça se sent que c'est un hôtel familial donc il y a certaines choses où l'on voyait clairement le bricolage. Mais bon vu le prix et l'emplacement rien de méchant.

Erinomainen majoitus, ihanalla henkilökunnalla ja loistavalla sijainnilla.
Pros:

Hotelli sijaitsi erinomaisella paikalla. Koko hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällisiä sekä avuliaita. Huone oli siisti ja aamupala riittävä.

Cons:

Huone oli hieman pimeä ja olisin kaivannut valoisuutta tai lisää valistusta huoneeseen.

Excelente hotel en el mismo paseo de sarande
Pros:

Nos ha gustado todo. Hotel limpio, hab excelente y grande, desayuno muy variado y exquisito y justo delante del paseo maritimo. Sin dudarlo si volvemos a sarande vendremos a este hotel. Limpieza exquista cada dia y con cambio de toallas a diario

Una truffa! Hotel molto scorretto.

Siamo stati truffati.
L'hotel ci ha chiesto il pagamento in contanti anticipato e non ci ha rilasciato nessuna ricevuta.
Durante il soggiorno abbiamo mandato un'email alla direzione dell'hotel per segnalare alcuni disservizi e problemi igienici. A seguito dell'email l'hotel a nostra insaputa ha cancellato la prenotazione su Booking e ci ha detto di andare via dall'hotel (avevamo soggiornato 2 notti su 4).
Questo per cercare di evitare la recensione negativa e per provare a chiederci una penale dato che in questo modo risultava un mancato check in.
Questa struttura non merita di far parte del circuito di Booking, non solo per le carenze nel personale (decisamente non qualificato) e per pulizia carente ma sopratutto per la grave forma di scorrettezza.
