Una truffa! Hotel molto scorretto.

Siamo stati truffati.
L'hotel ci ha chiesto il pagamento in contanti anticipato e non ci ha rilasciato nessuna ricevuta.
Durante il soggiorno abbiamo mandato un'email alla direzione dell'hotel per segnalare alcuni disservizi e problemi igienici. A seguito dell'email l'hotel a nostra insaputa ha cancellato la prenotazione su Booking e ci ha detto di andare via dall'hotel (avevamo soggiornato 2 notti su 4).
Questo per cercare di evitare la recensione negativa e per provare a chiederci una penale dato che in questo modo risultava un mancato check in.
Questa struttura non merita di far parte del circuito di Booking, non solo per le carenze nel personale (decisamente non qualificato) e per pulizia carente ma sopratutto per la grave forma di scorrettezza.

Très mauvaise expérience. L'hôtel nous a facturé 50 € après négociation (100 € étaient initialement réclamés) pour la réparation d'une lampe que nous n'avons jamais cassée. Malgré nos explications, le manager est resté inflexible et n'a pris en compte aucun de nos arguments.

Notre seule erreur a été de ne pas avoir vérifié l'état du matériel ni pris de photos à notre arrivée. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés dans une situation où notre parole ne valait pas plus que la leur.

En voyageant régulièrement, c'est la première fois que je fais face à une telle situation. Je trouve cette pratique inacceptable et je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

A fantastic stay with exceptional staff, a perfect location, and an experience that exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Pini and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sarandë.

The location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk from the ferry port, with the beach right across the road. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and evening entertainment all within walking distance, so everything you need is on your doorstep.

The staff really made our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but they were dealt with quickly and professionally. The team genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

As two female travellers, we were naturally a little cautious, but the staff made us feel safe, looked after and very welcome throughout our stay, which meant a lot to us.

If you’re hesitating about booking Hotel Pini, don’t. Just book it – it’s a great hotel with amazing staff in an unbeatable location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The only minor issue we had was that the shower tray would flood slightly when we were using the shower. However, it really wasn’t a major problem as the housekeeping team cleaned the bathroom regularly and kept everything spotless throughout our stay.

Vyhlad z izby bol velmi krasny. Hotel je umiestneny v samotnom centre co je vyborne. Ranajky sa podavali na 5 pischodi na otvorenej terase kde bol nadherny vyhlad na more. Napriek tomu ze hotel je umiestneny v centre mesta hluk z okolia bol zanedbatelny.
Izba bola vzdy pekne upratana

Ranajky boli velmi zle. Ak dostanete izbu na 4 poschodi urcite sa nevyspite napriek tomu ze ste na dovolenke nakolko na 5 poschodi sa podavaju ranajky a hluk posuvanucich stoliciek vas urcite zobudi.
Trezor je velmi smiesny. Radsej ho nepouzit.
Zaves v sprchovom kute katastrofa. Pi sprchovani je vsade voda

Good location but could be comfier.
Pros:

The staff weee lovely and friendly and it was handy for the beach and main strip.

Cons:

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. It also was very noisy at about 5/6am most mornings outside.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pini. The location is perfect, right on the seafront promenade and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the ferry terminal. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel relaxed throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend Hotel Pini to anyone visiting Sarandë and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sul lungo mare di Saranda
Pros:

Hotel con ottima posizione sul lungo mare di Saranda, molto pulito e vicino a bar/ristoranti.

Cons:

Il lavandino del bagno aveva un odore un po’ sgradevole e la colazione poco variata.
Ottima posizione sul mare ma raggiungibile a piedi, il posteggio a pagamento (10€ al giorno) è circa 5-10 minuti a piedi.

Trevligt litet hotell nära strandpromenad och strand. Mysigt att äta frukost på takvåning med magisk utsikt!
Frukostbuffén smakade bra.
Hjälpsam personal.
Vi fick låna gratis parasoll i receptionen.

Cons:

Vi fick ett rum med utsikt mot bakgården som var ett tak med arbetsplats o tvättställningar.

Pros:

La location è davvero perfetta, a 5 minuti dal porto ed è all'inizio del lungomare di sarànda. Perfetto per uscire anche a piedi. Inoltre la stanza con il balcone ha una vista fantastica!

Cons:

Il bagno è piccolo e la colazione è davvero poca roba (non ci sono i cornetti)
