Beds are comfortable, location is ok

Cons:

We had the worst room, in terms of furniture and equipment. Our shower hose was leaking, when we asked at the reception to fix it, nothing was done until we insisted on speaking with the manager. The personnel barely spoke English. Breakfast was bland.

Pros:

Room was modern and bed was very comfortable, views outstanding from the balcony and great breakfast in morning. Perfect location for Saranda beaches, restaurants and pubs

Cons:

Bathroom was outdated and quite noisy in the hotel (particularly on 4th floor under breakfast room) and could hear nightlife during the night

Alt i alt et godt ophold men nogle af de skuffende punkter er nemme at rette op på hvilket også er derfor det er skuffen

Værelset var rigtig flot. Morgenmadsbuffeten var fantastisk og stort udvalg. Personalet er søde og imødekommende. Udsigten fra 6. Sal og fra morgensmadsbuffeten på 5. Sal er lækker!

Cons:

Der manglede måske lige et par ting på den store altan for at gøre den mere indbydende at opholde sig på. Badeværelset var småt og snørklet, ingen låg på badeværelses spanden hvilket er virkelig uhygiejnisk når der bedes om ikke at smide toiletpapir i toilettet.
Vindueskarmen var støvet. Lagnerne skuffede os, de føltes som plastik og det på sengen røg nemt af. Disse ting gør at det ikke føltes helt som et fire stjernet hotel selvom værelsets indretning var rigtig smuk.

Lovely staff and great location

It was super close to the beach/main area. The rooms were massive! The receptionist (Matilda) was very welcoming with great food/outing suggestions.

Adorei a localização, perto de tudo, atrações, supermercado e restaurantes. Os funcionários são muito gentis. Na recepção Marília e Mel fazem a diferença. Mel sempre nos recepcionava com um sorriso e procurava nos ajudar em tudo. Virou uma amiga.

Útulné čisté pokoje, vše funkční, snídaně s maličkými výhradami opravdu skvělá. Moc milý personál. Vse krásně čisté.
Pros:

Krásný výhled na moře, čisté a útulné pokoje. Maji na výběr se starším vybavením i zrekonstruované. My vybrali starší vybavení a nelitujeme. Ačkoliv koupelna není dle poslední módy, splňuje vše co potřebujeme na jedno přespání. Pokoj krásný. Velmi milá recepční.
