In case of drive parking is available in Zarzma with additional fee 10 Gel 24-hour.

Pros:

Lovely... but quiet location. Outside of ski season there is nothing commercial in the area except the hotel and a couple of tiny rustic cafes. The hotel was very comfortable. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were excellent although not sure how they would cope with a full hotel. The reception and restaurant staff were excellent. Before going I had read some negatives re the restaurant but the food I hsd was very good and the restaurant manager / staff went out of their way to accommodate different food requirements of my partner.
Only small complaint, when I asked for a change of sauce the waitress thought 'yes' but later came back from the kitchen to say 'no', I would have to pay for the alternative sauce. Thought it strange for the kitchen to be determining pricing for clients
Giving the kitchen a break I assumed the original sauce was preprepared in the meal but both sauces came out on separate bowls
.... so there should have been no issue with my initial request. As it turned out the original 'normal' sauce was excellent.
I had also asked for different potatoes, available elsewhere on the menu, with another dish, but the waitress herself said no to this.
The restaurant was very quiet so 'variations' should really not have caused the kitchen an issue...and kept the paying client happy.
The above comments are small quibbles for management.

As I wrote our overall experience with the hotel, reception and spa staff and in particular the restaurant personnel was excellent.

Отличный отель, стоит своих денег. С удовольствием приедем еще раз и посоветуем друзьям и знакомым.
Pros:

Месторасположения прекрасное, очень уютный и красивый отель. В номере были все удобства, очень понравился сюрприз-благодарность от отеля (вино и фрукты). Окна номера выходили на живописную природу Годездзи. На завтрак был большой выбор блюд.

Cons:

Был небольшой минус в СПА, сауна работала не очень хорошо, температура была недостаточной, на ресепшн попросили повысить температуру нагрева, но в итоге так и не повысили.

In total it was ok.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location is also perfect.

Cons:

You can be ready for an infection after Jacuzzi usage. All the trip members, who were in the jacuzzi got a severe infection, which caused huge discomfort. I wouldn't recommend to use it for your own safety.

And if the children's playground was more taken care of and not that broke , it would've been a great plus for such a pricy stay.

ნამდვილად საუკეთესო ადგილია განსატვირთად! ულამაზეს კურორტზე მდებარე ეს სასტუმრო ყოველ მოლოდინს აჭარბებს — იქ დასვენება აუცილებლად ღირს. ოთახი იყო ძალიან დიდი, სუფთა და კომფორტული, აივნიდან კი მთების ჯადოსნური ხედები იშლებოდა. განსაკუთრებით აღსანიშნავია სასტუმროს სპა, რომელიც ძალიან სასიამოვნო განტვირთვის საშუალებას იძლევა. ტერიტორიაზე ყველაფერია იმისათვის, რომ თავი კომფორტულად იგრძნო და არ მოიწყინო.

Pros:

The receptionist was very kind and upgraded our room immediately just because it was possible. Everything was delightful.
(Note that there's no cold AC but there's a great breeze during the summer too).
