Не дуже різноманітний сніданок, мало місця у ресторані; у ванній був лише шампунь, без гелю для душу

Одним словом - суцільне розчарування.

Розміщення дуже зручне

Cons:

Я забронювала завчасно 2 номери напівлюкс та люкс для себе та друзів. По приїзду нам сказали, що другого бронювання взагалі немає, тільки одне. Коли я знайшла всі скріни і номера бронювань, з’ясувалося, що якимось чином сталася помилка, бронювання є, але номера немає, він зайнятий. Нам запропонували напівлюкс, персонал намагався якось згладити ситуацію (не порахували доплату за песика та за парковку, якою ми й так не користувалися).
Номер нічого спільного з напівлюксом не має, є з чим порівнювати, ціна-якість взагалі не співпадає.

Pros:

Відпочивала декілька днів в Черкасах. Зупинилась у готелі Дніпро. Все сподобалось: чисто, зручно, смачні сніданки. Готель розташовано недалеко від центру.

Cons:

Меблі старі, а так нормально.

Personnel accueillant et agréable , chambre propre

Cons:

Établissement soviétique vétuste
Pas de gel douche dans la salle de bains , une seule serviette pour deux , la tv ne fonctionnait pas .

Pros:

Hotel looked nice. Room had a fridge and AC. Rooms we're well cleaned.

Cons:

Rooms look very old. Choice of breakfast was small. Had to take away your own plates after eating. Elevators seem unsafe. Neighbors were loud and rooms werent keeping back much noise.
