Beyond Expectations
Pros:

This was the starting point for the 5-day Ha Giang loop, which was an unforgettable experience.
The team is truly lovely, professional, attentive and the service was impeccable.
I highly recommend this establishment and their tours.

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing negative to report. They exceeded my expectations by far.

Pros:

Clean space, large bathroom area.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable. Could never find a trash can. The staff was not available when I needed them, at one point they sent another guest to come get me to come down but then they left and weren't around. There's an adorable puppy on site but it's teething and badly trained; ripped two holes in the clothes I was wearing during check in and bit my hand to the point of bleeding, was chewing on my bags and I had to ask them to do something. Booked the Ha giang loop with them and was also unsatisfied by that experience.

Pros:

Super lief personeel en de bedden waren enorm ruim! Verder hebben we ook de ha giang loop tour via lila inn geboekt en dit was echt een enorm goede en fijne ervaring! Lieve drivers, kleine groep en vooral heel veilig (je krijgt knie en arm bescherming!).

Pros:

Це чудовий хостел, і також ми тут забронювали тур Ha Giang Loop. Тур був дуже цікавий, водії обережні, ми були в маленькій групі на 5 людей і все було просто чудово організовано, і обіди , і вечері і готелі ! Я дуже задоволена і дуже рекомендую цього оператора турів. Через пару років повернусь на інший тур від цієї компанії

Pros:

We booked a private room before doing the Ha Giang Loop. Room was lovely and clean but the bed was a little hard for our liking.
The staff were amazing and was great to be able to freshen up once we got back before heading to our next destination
