Außergewöhnlich! Die Lage, das Restaurant und der Pool sind ein Erlebnis für sich.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein Traum und wird den Bildern nicht gerecht! Die Lage am Hang ist wunderschön mit Blick auf den Fluss und die Burg. Sowohl das sehr freundliche Personal als auch der der Pool mit Talblick machen den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis.
Wir empfehlen einen Besuch im Hotelrestaurant - das Essen ist ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zu unserem Aufenthalt (Ende Mai) nicht wie auf den Bildern, sondern ist etwas sparsamer ausgefallen. Es ist zu beachten, dass es neuere und ältere Zimmer im Hotel gibt.

Un séjour plus que agréable !
Pros:

Il s’agissait vraiment d’un séjour très agréable au global ! Que ce soit la chambre, le petit-déjeuner, le personnel, les équipements proposés tout était au top !
Nous avons également testé le restaurant au moment du diner, je recommande !

Cons:

La seule chose à améliorer serait le jacuzzi, qui pourrait être un petit peu rénové

You are booking a Restaurant - not a Hotel.
Pros:

Nice scenery with a gorgeous view, pretty rooms, good breakfast, a pool&sauna - this "hotel" has so much potential, unfortunately their focus lies only on the restaurant and not the hotel guests.

Cons:

Cold shower. No additional towels for the spa area (we wanted to ask for fresh ones, but hotel & reception were already closed in the evening). They use their own exchange rate, so when we asked to pay the room in local LEK we ended up paying 5% more than the Euro value we booked @booking. Invoice from restaurant was wrong by 20€, which we had to find out on our own afterwards. At breakfast the Cappuchino from the good portafilter coffee maschine had to be payed additionally. Basically everything had to be payed on the spot: room at check-in, lunch right after, etc... I would kind of expect at a place like this to be able to pay all at checkout (which we were able to do at all the other hotels/homestays). You are also not allowed to eat leftover food from their restaurant in your room/balcony - they want you to order and pay again. All in all I really missed the warmth and hospitality which we encountered in so many albanian places, which makes it then easier to look over small unpleasantries - and the cold shower at the end of the day was the final disappointment.
