Excellent séjour dans un endroit calme et idéalement situé, avec un accueil chaleureux et des hôtes aux petits soins : n
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’accueil était particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné, avec des hôtes vraiment aux petits soins. Le logement était très calme, idéal pour se reposer, et très bien situé pour visiter les différents endroits que nous souhaitions découvrir dans la région. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis et avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience ! Nous y reviendrions volontiers et recommandons cette adresse sans hésitation.

Pros:

Ottima struttura per chi cerca tranquillità e pace, appena fuori San Gallo. Camera spaziosa in stile "cottage" con bagno spazioso.
Colazione a buffet con prodotti freschi e pane fatto in casa davvero eccellente.

Pros:

Schön gelegen und mit sehr freundlichen Eigentümern. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Check-In offiziell nur bis 18:00 Uhr. Es hat zwar später trotzdem geklappt, aber auf Dauer wäre z.B. eine Schlüsselbox eine Idee.

L’isolation phonique, le lit en cuvette, le fait que je doive faire attention à ne pas me taper la tête un peu partout dans l’hôte (je mesure 1m85)

Pros:

Great, helpful and friendly staff. Nice room, clean. Breakfast was really great, tasteful, fresh foods, also friendly people. Good environment and vibe.

Cons:

Bed slightly too soft to my personal liking, other family members were okay though. Mostly pillow too soft and it was quite warm (not strange with 35 C)

Le plafond très bas, on s'est cogné plusieurs fois ! Même à la douche : plafond très bas, tete qui touche le plafond donc très difficile de se laver.
Pas de gel douche, ni shampoings, tous les contenants étaient vides.

Minden lehetséges fórumon jelölni fogjuk ezt az etikátlan hozzáállást. Várjuk a kártérítési javaslatot.

Nem volt, mi tetszen, ugyanis időközben voltunk Svájc felé, amikor a szállást foglaltuk a booking felületén, és bár valóban elmulasztottuk a HOTEL szabályzatában előre megnézni, hogy meddig lehet a szállást elfoglalni, de eszünkbe sem jutott, hogy egy HOTEL recepciója 18 órakor bezár és nincs semmilyen más mód a kulcs átvételére!!! Útközben sajnos az autónk defektet kapott, ezért nem tudtunk 18 óra előtt odaérni. 18 óra előtt pár perccel kapcsolatba léptünk üzenetben a szállással, de már csak az elutasítást kaptuk. Hiába reklamáltunk a booking felületen is és üzenetben is, a kártyánkról a pénzt pofátlanul leemelték úgy, hogy semmilyen szolgáltatást nem vettünk igénybe!!!
