Ble bedt om å oppgi tid for ankomst, ingen i personalet var å oppdrive. Ikke noe nr å ringe ved resepsjonen. En annen gjest hadde funnet et nr ute på parkeringen og fått tak i personalet, gjesten formidlet oss nr på rom.
Manglet håndklær og et krus til vann hadde vært bra…
