Konumu güzel, fiyat performans olarak iyi, personeli harika
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok güzel, otele erken varmama rağmen erken check in yapmaya izin verildi. Odam deniz manzaralıydı. Sessiz ve konforlu oda, temiz,kahvaltısı güzel, personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Bir daha gelsem yine burada kalırım. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Cons:

Rude staff - They advertise (Private parking and valet parking) we arrived late an she was super rude (she wanted to go home probably) - she moved a cone in front of hotel and charged us 20 euro for parking (on the street) - she would not stop explaining until I raised my voice and said "customer is always right" - super bad first impression. I understand southern people tend to be rude, but we are also Mediterranean and have a rental on the coast. When people I arrive late, I tend to help them as much as possible as they are probably super tired.
No toilet paper on arrival
No sound isolation on the room doors

Langai į gatveles, ir žinoma kaip ir didžiojoje dalyje Italijos jau 5-6ryto kažkas gręžia, veža šiukšles ar krato stiklo butelius, bet 1-2naktim apsistoti vistiek vieta tobula, nes pamiegot ryte nrpavyks, draugiška kaina už tokio tipo vietą

Personal encantador y habitación correcta.
Pros:

Especial mención a la chica que nos recibió en la recepción. Encantadora y nos facilitó las cosas en todo momento.
El poder tener un aparcamiento de pago fue un acierto porque es imposible aparcar y es una ciudad complicada el tráfico.
Que tenga ascensor un acierto y el destino bueno.

Cons:

Muy complicado llegar hasta el hotel por las características de Taormina.

Da vista do quarto, e da gentileza dos funcionários. Inclusive a sra que servia o pequeno almoço, que no dia que tínhamos de sair para a visita ao Etna deixo - nos tomar o pequeno antes da hora de início, o que nos facilitou a viagem até à excursão.

Cons:

É muito difícil estacionar, demasiado tráfego e os parques são todos pagos. Ficamos no parque da porta da Catânia, mas o hotel também tinha um parque, pago mas mais perto daquele que ficámos.

La ubicación es muy buena y tiene una terraza con vistas extraordinarias al mar y al Etna, esto es lo más destacado del hotel.

Cons:

Necesita una reforma urgente de mobiliario e instalaciones, todo súper anticuado. Tremendo.

Pobyt w tym hotelu spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Bardzo przyjemnie spędziłyśmy czas.

Bardzo przyjemny hotelik w świetnej lokalizacji , smaczne śniadania i kawa. Na dachu hotelu znajduje się taras z cudownym widokiem. Bardzo przyjazna i pomocna obsługa.

Układ łazienki nieprzemyślany. Naprzeciwko znajduje się magazyn na brudy z bardzo głośno otwieraną roletą co może utrudniać spanie .
