Hôtel avec un accueil très chaleureux, bien placé
Pros:

L'accueil est vraiment chaleureux. L'hôtel est très bien situé. La demande faite d'une chambre au calme a été respectée. Le café en libre service est appréciable

Cons:

L'hôtel étant actuellement en réfection, la salle de petit déjeuner n'était pas disponible, mais un email m'avait prévenue. L'horaire de début de mise à disposition des sacs avec petit déjeuner (7h) est un peu tardif quand on voyage pour le travail (je ne sais pas si c'est l'horaire habituel de début lorsque tout est fonctionnel)

Cosy little hotel in the middle of Toulouse
Pros:

First of all, the location is fantastic; it is close to everything necessary in Toulouse. The transportation route is easily accessible back and forth to the airport. All facilities within the hotel are what I expected: not luxurious but enough for a weekend in Toulouse. Money well spent.

Cons:

The AC does not work in the room. I guess it is okay because the weather is neither hot enough nor cold enough for it, but I did have to open the window to breathe, which means that it can be noisy at night. It is understandable because there are bars and clubs nearby, and it is a Saturday night, so people party; no big deal.

Séjour agréable dans une chambre confortable et personnel serviable au service des clients
Pros:

emplacement idéal en plein centre ville de Toulouse à proximité des stations de métro.
Personnel très accueillant et serviable, au service des clients.
Chambre confortable, literie de bonne qualité, propreté au RDV.
Très bonne connexion internet.

Cons:

La chambre pourrait comporter plusieurs prises électriques (il n'y en avait qu'une seule).
Le séjour aurait été encore plus agréable s'il n'y avait pas eu de travaux aux alentours relativement bruyants.

Séjour très agréable - nous avons apprécié les visites à Toulouse - le soleil était présent
Pros:

Petit déjeuner simple mais varié
Chambre donnant en face du marché - un peu bruyant à l'heure des livraisons
Emplacement idéal centre ville à côté des découvertes - musées - églises - restos - cafés etc.....
Personnel très agréable - avons reçu un bon accueil

Good location, but expect an uncomfortable night sleep
Pros:

The hotel is very central and within walking distance to all the main tourist spots like the river, the central shopping areas, and the Japanese gardens.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable. There was loud music and a thumping beat coming from the bar next door until 2am on the Saturday night. As the hotel is under construction there was no toilet available while waiting for the room.

La ubicación es inmejorable, la calidad de las habitaciones es prácticamente igual que el de 2**

Cons:

El desayuno decepcionante, cuando bajamos no había huevos ni dulces, nos dijeron que saldrían en unos minutos, tras esperar más de 20 minutos trajeron unos pocos croissant y chocolatine casi crudos, a medio hacer e insuficientes para los comensales que estábamos esperando.
