Я не рекомендую цей хостел через матрас, це одна з найважливіших речей в кімнаті, люди їдуть відпочити , а не добити себ

Місцезнаходження, привітний персонал

Cons:

Я була по справах в місті , їхала здалеку . Єдине про, що я мріяла це відпочити , але на матрасах які є в кімнатах неможливо спати . Пружини впираються в тіло . Я намагалась знайти клаптик без пружин але це було марно. Вранці в мене боліла спина, я не виспалась , день був зіпсований. Мені запропонували інший номер , ситуація була трохи кращою , але пружини також випирали, але трохи менше . Я взяла зі свого старого номеру ковдру, яку зложила вдвоє і це мені допомогло наступної ночі виспатись.
Кімната маленька, але на декілька ночей норм. Було б добре якби в кімнаті була хочаб одна склянка для води .

Враження неоднозначні: персонал та сервіс - позитивні емоції, але умови проживання варто покращити
Pros:

Зупинялися в готелі під час робочої поїздки. Сподобалися привітний та уважний персонал, наявність ресторану, кондиціонера в номері та зручного душу. Працівники завжди були готові допомогти та швидко реагували на звернення.

Cons:

Разом з тим є моменти, які потребують покращення. Номер виявився дуже маленьким для двох осіб, довелося спати на одному ліжку. Матрац вже потребує заміни, оскільки був незручним для відпочинку. Вікно розташоване в стелі, через що виникало відчуття замкненого простору. У номері бракувало місця для зберігання та розвішування одягу, а також сушарки для рушників, через що вони не встигали висихати.

Окремо хотілося б звернути увагу на музичний супровід у ресторані. Постійно гучна рок-музика створювала дискомфорт і не сприяла спокійному відпочинку чи спілкуванню.

Все - норм. Як було в описі і на фото - все збігається.
Свіженький ремонт. Прибрано. Персонал - ввічливий. Пиво - смачне. 😀

Cons:

Не сподобалось, це занадто. Краще сказати, що - можна було б покращити.
1. Вентиляція. Було б добре зробити в ванній кімнаті примусову витяжну вентиляцію. Вона б витягувала вологе напарене повітря з ванної, щоб воно не йшло в кімнату і в самому номері був би кращій обмін повітря. Кондиціонер робе прохолоду, але не додає свіжого повітря. А вікно - зависоко і кожен раз бігати по стремянку не дуже зручно.
2. Дуже мало місця, для речей. Як що заїхати на 1-2 ночі, то мабуть - норм, а коли на довший термін, то все таки не завадила б якась невеличка шафа.
3. Комунікація з персоналом : булоб не погано, як би була рецепсія, де завжди, в любий час, можна засати персонал, для вирішиння якихось питань.
