Se cortó la luz y se apaga la calefacción, no hay agua en el baño. No me pude bañar y tampoco tirar la cadena del wc.
No tienen plan B para esos casos.

Cons:

Desde la recepción ya no fue una agradable bienvenida, la señora que estaba atendiendo muy de malas, bueno no estoy pidiendo un abrazo de recepción pero si es agradable un buen recibimiento, bienvenido, si necesita algo, algún dato del alojamiento o simplemente mejor calidad humana, referente a las instalaciones, encontré cubiertos plásticos sucios en la habitación, la ducha en mala condición con pelos de personas. En general no recomiendo a menos que necesites algo de urgencia y al lado del terminal.

las sábanas y el cubre colchón no se mantuvieron fijas, prácticamente dormimos sobre el colchón.

Además alguien de la habitación de al lado de la 19 nos golpió la pared en la noche agresivamente, fue muy molesto porque interrumpió un momento de intimidad con mi pareja.

A la hora del desayuno la señora que lo servía no sabía que habíamos solicitado desayuno por tanto la mesa no estaba puesta y nos atendió visiblemente molesta
