The mattress in bedroom 1 is very hard! There was a lot of noise in bedroom 1 starting at 5 a.m.—banging against the windows (I assume from birds)—which kept us from sleeping.
Very nice Hotel with spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Blackout curtains for a good sleep. Nice (small) breakfast.

The place is clean and the room is very spacious. The location is good on the map, but beware that the last 50 meters of the road are very steep (the name “hilltop” suggests it’s uphill, but doesn’t tell the steepness of the street). It is at walking distance to the SPTC bus station, where you can get on the bus to the airport (beware: I had just one cabin-size trolley so I had no problem, it even fitted under the seat with my feet on it, but if you carry some plus-size luggage, then it may be complicated to carry it on the bus).
The shower is said to work only in certain hours due to the smallness of the hotel’s cistern in proportion to the number of guests. The aircon was not working at all and the Wi-Fi was working only downstairs, not in the room. I contacted them months before my arrival to organize everything in advance and they replied to me with some information, but they sent me the code for the door only later when I sent a message telling them I was already travelling so I could not check anything and I arrived at the hotel shouting at the window of the guests at the ground floor to go to the receptionist to open the gate and welcome me (yes, it is absurd: on the road they don’t have a doorbell for the reception and btw the receptionist is almost never at the desk). I wrote months before for a reason and I had to face this problem with them. Also, the receptionist is a total slacker: I asked him a hairdryer (which should have been already available in the room in a hotel, I mean just hostels have a shared one) and he first told me he didn’t have just because he didn’t want to work, but I had to insist as my shoes got totally wet on the ferry and on the following day I needed them on the plane. In the room there are no devices to cook: such a huge space that is totally wasted in terms of use. This hotel focusses on image and presentation (putting some flowers on the bed and I am allergic to pollen) rather than on practical services and functionality. Breakfast was included just because I am a Genius member and it was served so slowly. Especially for the price, they are totally unworthy. I regret having spent one night here. It would have been better to spend it in La Digue and come to Mahé on the same day of the flight (I wanted to get to know also the history of the Seychelles beyond its astounding nature, but the experience in Victoria wasn’t the best).
Etwas höher gelegen, nichtsdestotrotz kommt man zufuß gut in Viktoria. Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war groß, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht.
Lokalizacja. Śniadanie było smaczne.
Obiekt wymaga odświeżenia.
Toll um Victoria zu entdecken und anzukommen. Sehr nettes Frühstück.
