Lost expectations
Pros:

The old maornor house was nicely renovated, but not very suitable for act as a 5* hotel.

Cons:

There is no porter service to help you with the luggage. Two main entries to the building has nice looking but high stairs. So bring our luggage to the room was a real quest.
Putting the Spa in the name it's only declaration- there are nice spa facilities: sauna, 2 treatment rooms. But NO permanent staff there!
We planned to stay 8 day's and on our Request for massage we got an offer on the third day..
Access to the breacfast: 3 options - via the metal spiral staircases, around the building, use lift to the basement and go through the kitchen corridor.
BTW, main gourmet restaurant is closed till ...winter.

Очень изысканное место. В самом историческом центре . Город маленький, все рядом.
Персонал наимилейший.
Приветственный напиток🥂, повысили категорию номера.
Шикарное оформление номера, огромная ванная.
Великолепный завтрак/ у них мишелиновская звезда/, который вспоминали еще несколько дней.
Милый, небольшой, уютный спа, удалось отдохнуть без суеты и шума.
Обязательно вернемся!

Hommikusöök oli hea, külmlauda võiks ise valida , sööks vähem !!

Cons:

Kuivõrd välja oli väga palav , siis SPA -s võiks olla basseinid mõni kraad külmemad, kõik oli väga palav !!
Toas oli õhk mõnus, ei pidanudki kliimaseadet sisse panema.

Väga ilus ja vaikne hotell. Öösel ei olnud toas mitte ühtegi heli. Väga magus uni oli. Spa oli super mõnus

Hommikusöögi muna oli toores, muna valge jäi ka tooreks. Omlett oli ka seest veel vedel

Pros:

Schönes Hotel im Herzen von viljandi, schöne Zimmer, sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück ist a la carte.

Cons:

Kein glutenfreies Brot, keine laktosefreien Lebensmittel, in einem solchen Hotel dieser Preiskategorie sollte dies selbstverständlich sein.

Ķäse wurde erst als laktosfrei an den Tisch gebracht, nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen kam heraus , käse ist nicht laktosfrei.

Nachtschicht an der Rezeption hat uns falsche falschen Preis für Flasche Wein genannt. Am nächsten Tag wollte das Hotel beim Checkout das doppelte.

Auch Personal wusste nicht wohin man zum Essen gehen kann oder was sonst noch so zu machen in Viljandi ist. Auch, bei einer solchen Preiskategorie sollte das Personal besser bescheid wissen.

Elegant, great value, exceptional stay
Pros:

Location- everything in easy walking distance. The hotel is so impressive- a meticulously maintained, elegant historic building that was recently renovated. The shower was wonderful and the bedding so comfortable. Even the flooring was beautiful. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The staff were incredibly accommodating and so professional, from the front desk to the restaurant. The breakfast was incredible and such a value, in an
elegant setting with delicious food and excellent service. The spa is most definitely worth doing- a beautiful serene place. The town is underrated- we wished we could have stayed longer!!
