Tamanho do quarto. Localização privilegiada para quem quer fazer passeio de trem. Fica próximo ao centro histórico de Vitória. Nem precisa de carro. Quanto ao café da manhã é muito bom.

Do ar condicionado pois é silencioso

Cons:

Chuveiro pra parede sem suporte nenhum, vaso solto e a tampa quebrada, roupa de cama velha e com cara de sujo. Pedi quarto com cama de casal e foram 3 de solteiro, cafe da manhã bem ruizinho, a torradeira nem esquenta. Pra chegar no quarto foi uma confusão era 2 andar mas sem ser tinha que subir mais escadas, corredores fedendo xixi. Fios soltos, tomadas abertas e expostas

Quarto limpo, banheiro grande e muito bom. Ótimo chuveiro! Acomodação decente!

Cons:

Sem janela pra rua. Única janela abria pra uma parede. Cheiro um pouco ruim, pela falta de ventilação. Mas suportável. Ar condicionado antigo e barulhento. Mas como o tempo tava frio, funcionou okay.
