Ich würde die Unterkunft aus beschriebenen Gründen nicht empfehlen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht.
Pros:

Es war sauber. Problemloses einchecken .

Cons:

Der Abstellplatz für Fahrräder war nicht abschließbar. Mein Zimmer war im Souterrain mit einem undurchsichtigen Fenster. Ich würde sagen, es war im Keller. Sehr hellhörig, das Schnarchen vom Nachbarn war unüberhörbar.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr bequeme Matratze. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer lag im Untergeschoss und hatte nur sehr schmale Fensterschlitze ganz oben an der Wand. Kein Blick nach draußen.
Für eine Nacht ok, weil das Zimmer sonst tiptop war.

Personal war freundlich und temporär ansprechbar. Frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Vielfältig und reichhaltig.
Frühstückszeit relativ begrenzt.

Cons:

Fernsehempfang und Internetanschluss waren eine Katastrophe. Zur Verbesserung der Aufenthaltsqualität besteht an dieser Stelle dringender Handlungsbedarf ...

Wir haben uns im Heuberger Hof wohlgefühlt! Ein ganz großes Dankeschön geht an den Hotelier, Herrn Netzer. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Nach einem Problem mit einem vermutlichen Fremdzugang über booking.com und einer komischen Nachricht über WhatsApp hat er uns als Entschuldigung ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade gegeben – ein fantastischer Service, der keineswegs selbstverständlich ist! Man spürt sofort, dass hier wirklich alles versucht wird, damit sich der Gast rundum wohlfühlt.
​Das Hotel ist eher klein und hat nicht viele Zimmer, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Der Self-Check-in ist super praktisch und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber gemütlich aber einfach eingerichtet, und die Betten sind bequem.

​Ein kleiner Tipp für zukünftige Gäste:
Wenn man spezielle Wünsche wie ein Bügeleisen oder ein Lunchpaket für eine sehr frühe Abreise hat, sollte man das Hotel rechtzeitig vorab informieren. Das Team ist super bemüht und versucht wirklich alles möglich zu machen!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist stilistisch etwas urig, was aber seinen ganz eigenen Charme hat und keineswegs störend war. Bedingt durch meine sehr kurze Anwesenheit von nur einer Nacht und die frühe Abreise habe ich Herrn Netzer leider nicht persönlich angetroffen. Bei dem tollen Kontakt hätte ich ihn gerne einmal persönlich kennengelernt, aber bei einer so kurzen Aufenthaltsdauer ist das natürlich völlig verständlich.

Die Aussicht war super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es war von allem was dabei, ob Brot oder Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Gemüse, Joghurt oder Müsli. Das Lunchpaket was ich dazu gebucht hab war auch super. Der Balkon klein aber fein. Die Betten sehr gut. Ein Fön im Zimmer.
