Sehr schön .......aber !!
Pros:

Man muss wissen , dass die Anlage im Hundertwasser Stil gehalten ist . Man muss es lieben oder hassen . Die Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet mit unzähliger Dekoration , bunten Fliesen und Wänden . Man fühlt sich wohl , allerdings gibt es im Haus keine Türen , was einen ungehinderten Blick vom Wohnbereich in den Küchenbereich und den Sanitärbereich erlaubt . Nicht jedermanns Sache . Ansonsten war alles vorhanden , was man brauchte .

Cons:

Leider lag überall Baumaterial rum ,was den unendlichen Arbeiten an solchen Häusern geschuldet ist . Allerdings komme ich auch vom Bau und weiss , dass nach Abschluss der Arbeiten , die Baustelle aufzuräumen ist . Die Sauna war nicht in Betrieb und Früstück war auch nicht zu bekommen , so dass wir noch schnell ins Kaufland mussten , um Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Eine Rezeption gab es auch nicht . Wir bekamen Infos über WhatsApp. Nur ein älterer Mann mit Frau bewohnte dort eine Einheit und hat uns eingewiesen .

Originelle, charmante Einrichtung, dauber und hemütlich

Cons:

Zur Schlüsselübergabe bei der Anreise war niemand da, wir haben trotz Klingeln (Eingänge waten verschlossen) und auch telefonisch niemanden erreicht.
Eine Stunde später erfolgte der Rückruf und wir konnten ins Zimmer.
Das Bad hatte eine Saloontür, keine Privatsphäre

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel ist extrem schlecht und unzuverlässig.
Cons:

Das Hotel wurde von uns im Vorfeld direkt bei der Buchung bezahlt. Bei Ankunft wurden wir dann erneut zur Zahlung gebeten, weil ja das Geld angeblich noch nicht auf deren Konto eingegangen sei. Wir hatten natürlich einen Nachweis der Zahlung von Booking.com. Trotzdem wurde uns nicht geglaubt und angeblich wäre das Paypal konto von dem Hotel garnicht bei Booking.com hinterlegt. Wir hatten keine Wahl und bezahlten die Unterkunft erneut. Nun versuchen wir das Hotel seit fast 2 Wochen zu erreichen. Niemand geht ans Telefon und unsere Mails werden einfach ignoriert. Wir werden rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Wir raten DRINGEND von diesem Hotel ab.

A hotel with distinct identity and life
Pros:

The staff was terrific, incredibly friendly and helpful They took the time to explain everything that we needed, as well as stay flexible on our requests.
The rooms are gorgeous. This was the first hotel where every room has a personality and positive feeling, as well as a homely and cosy environment. Colors are like out of the city Marakesh.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I stayed only one night because of my business trip. Wish I could stay longer and enjoy it more.
