The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly John at the front desk. He gave us an early check in and a room upgrade! He was very kind and kept asking us if we needed anything. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and had great facilities. Although it is rated a 4 star hotel, it was like a very good 5 star. We were very satisfied with everything and I can thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you!
The valet took a very long time to bring our car back.

All facilities are available but temporary out of service or closed. Every direction i turn, i see "sorry for the inconvenience" sign. I didn't met my expectations.

All was amazing, staff, food, rooms, size of rooms, wverything was outstanding. My booking has been upgraded to Yas Plaza Bay which was a very good experience for me and my family. Thank you for every staff member starting from Rizylian in the reception to everyone in the hotel.

Staff were super friendly and accomodating especially the Egyptian male I can't recall his name,, Suite was extremely spacious and perfect for a family. Close to Yas Waterworld. Rhea was so kind and the kids loved her.
Yas Island location
We booked there to get tickets for the parks, on that day the Yas waterworld park was closed and we only had swimming clothes, we couldn't go anywhere else. They refused to change our vouchers for a later date, told us to contact Yas concierge and we had the same reply, none was helpful. We lost our money in a stay which was not enjoyable at all for us and our kids. It could have been resolved just changing the date of the ticket vouchers to a later date but that was the lame support we had after so many phone calls and emails.
